Abstract
Description
The invention relates to liquid microfiltration devices, and more precisely to the membranes of such devices for removing nanoparticles, pathogenic bacteria and viruses present in the liquid.
Išradimas sukurtas, įgyvendinant Lietuvos mokslo tarybos (LMT) finansuojamą projektą Nr. S-MIP-19-43.The invention was created by implementing the Lithuanian Science Council (LMT) funded project no. S-MIP-19-43.
TECHNIKOS LYGISSTATE OF THE ART
JAV patente Nr. US 7959780 yra aprašytos tekstūruotos jonų mainų membranos. Norint filtruoti kito dydžio daleles, būtina pakeisti membraną, stabdant filtravimo procesą.US Pat. No. US 7959780 describes textured ion exchange membranes. These membranes are used in micromechanical filters to remove nanoparticles from water. The water-splitting membrane consists of an anion-exchange layer adjacent to a cation-exchange layer to form a heterogeneous water-splitting interface between them and the textured surface of the membranes. The production technology of the mentioned membranes is quite complicated, both in terms of the selection of chemicals and the specific course of the production process, and most importantly, during filtration, there is no possibility to change the permeability of nanoparticles according to their size, i.e. i.e. only particles of a fixed size are removed. In order to filter particles of a different size, it is necessary to change the membrane, stopping the filtration process.
JAV patente Nr. Nurodytame įrenginyje nėra galimybės keisti membranas pagal filtruojamų ištirpusių junginių koncentracijos lygį, kas sukelia membranos užterštumą bei viso įrenginio funkcionalumo sumažėjimą.US Pat. No. US 6440310 describes a microfiltration method and apparatus for softening water as well as removing other dissolved constituents. The method involves passing water containing sediment through a semi-permeable tubular membrane. The apparatus consists of a series of semipermeable tubular membranes housed in a cylindrical module. A semi-permeable membrane includes a submicron filter medium having an inner surface and an outer surface, and collecting the filtrate from the outer surface of the membrane, where the filtrate contains a concentration of dissolved sediment at micron levels. The membranes are connected to the inlet and two outlet ports. In the specified device, it is not possible to change the membranes according to the concentration level of filtered dissolved compounds, which causes membrane contamination and a decrease in the functionality of the entire device.
Išradimas išsprendžia technikos lygiu žinomų analogų trūkumus - membranų gamybos technologinio proceso supaprastinimą ir membranų filtravimo funkcionalumo padidinimą.The invention solves the shortcomings of analogues known at the technical level - simplification of the technological process of membrane production and increasing the functionality of membrane filtration.
IŠRADIMO ESMĖESSENCE OF THE INVENTION
Išradimas yra spaudimo pagalba tekančio skysčio mikrofiltravimo įrenginio membrana, apimanti plokščią, disko formos modulį, suformuotą iš į spiralę susukto elastingai deformuojamo pailgo elemento. Membranos konstrukcijos pralaidumas skysčiui ir jame esančiam filtratui keičiasi valdant membranoje susidarančių mikrotarpelių dydį. Mikrotarpelių dydis yra keičiamas deformuojant membranos disko elastingai deformuojamą pailgą elementą, tekančio skysčio slėgio į membraną pagalba, skysčiui veikiant membraną statmena kryptimi. Deformacija vyksta iš esmės membranos disko ašine kryptimi, išilgai skysčio tėkmės krypties. The invention is a membrane for a pressure-assisted liquid microfiltration device comprising a flat, disk-shaped module formed from an elastically deformable elongate element twisted into a spiral. The permeability of the membrane structure to the liquid and the filtrate in it changes by controlling the size of the microgaps formed in the membrane. The size of the microgaps is changed by deforming the elastically deformable elongated element of the membrane disk with the help of the pressure of the liquid flowing into the membrane, with the liquid acting on the membrane in a perpendicular direction. The deformation occurs essentially in the axial direction of the membrane disk, along the direction of the fluid flow.
The microfiltration membrane, according to the invention, can be used in a microfiltration device comprising a cylindrical liquid flow pipe, in which the membrane is rigidly fixed so that the liquid flowing through the inflow end of the filtration device acts perpendicular to the membrane. The microfiltration unit also includes a one-way valve, an outlet for waste, filtrate, and an outlet for the filtered liquid.

Mikrofiltravimo membranos (3) disko formos deformuojamas modulis gali būti iš esmės bet kokios formos ties perimetru, kur minėta forma ties perimetru atitinka filtravimo įrenginio vamzdžio, kuriame yra įstatoma membrana, vidinės ertmės formą.The microfiltration membrane (3) according to the first embodiment of the invention and as shown in figure 1a, comprises a flat, disk-shaped, deformable module comprising a circular cross-section, elastically deformable continuous elongated element which is twisted into a spiral. The first end of the deformable continuous elongated element is connected to the further part of this element, from the first end, in such a way as to form a circle, which interacts with the cylindrical tube (1) of the filtering device and the ring element (4) for fixing such tube as part of the outer circumference. The disk-shaped deformable module of the microfiltration membrane (3) can be substantially of any shape at the circumference, where said shape at the circumference corresponds to the shape of the inner cavity of the tube of the filtration device in which the membrane is inserted.
Skysčiui nesudarant spaudimo į membranos disko plokštumą, membrana yra plokščio disko formos, be skysčiui laidaus tarpelio (c).The outer perimeter of the membrane includes a recess formed in a spiral element that extends around part of the perimeter of the membrane, around the entire perimeter of the membrane, or around the entire perimeter of the membrane in a segmented manner. In the membrane (3), a gap (c), as shown in Figure 1b, is formed from the first end of the continuous element twisted into a spiral to the second, free end, which is positioned in the central area of the membrane. The formed gap (c) is continuous along its entire length and may be of one size, or may be increasing, from the second end in the direction of the first end, or from the first end in the direction of the second end. Without the liquid exerting pressure on the plane of the membrane disk, the membrane is in the shape of a flat disk without a liquid-conducting gap (c).
Visų išradimo įgyvendinimo pavyzdžių atveju, mikrofiltravimo membranoje atsirandančius tarpelius (c) sąlygoja užduotas paduodamo skysčio srauto spaudimas, kuris reguliuoja pratekančiame skystyje filtravimo kokybę t. y. mikroelementų pralaidumą.In the case of all examples of implementation of the invention, the gaps (c) appearing in the microfiltration membrane are caused by the given pressure of the supplied liquid flow, which regulates the quality of filtration in the passing liquid, i.e. i.e. permeability of trace elements.
The microfiltration device includes a liquid flow pipe (1), which includes a one-way valve (2), an annular fastening element (4) of the filtering membrane, a groove (8) for the fastening of the annular fastening element (4) in the pipe (1), an opening for the liquid inflow into the filtering device ( 6), waste, filtrate, outflow hole (5), liquid outflow hole from the microfiltration device (7).
Filtravimo procesui pasibaigus, filtratas yra pašalinamas per pratekėjimo vamzdyje (1) esančią atliekų pašalinimo angą (5).Figure 2b shows a microfiltration device with the liquid being filtered flowing through it. The filtered liquid under pressure is fed into the flow pipe (1) through the inlet opening (6), and the filtered liquid flows out through the opening (7). The filtrate is removed through the waste removal opening (5) located in front of the filtration membrane (3), facing the direction of the liquid flow through the filtration unit. When the filtered liquid (in the direction of the arrows) is fed under pressure to the flow pipe (1) through the inlet (6) and the one-way valve (2), the filtered liquid enters the microfiltration membrane (3). The microfiltration membrane (3) deforms in the axial direction depending on the pressure of the supplied liquid. In this way, micro-gaps (c) are formed, which hold waste and filtrates of the expected size. At the end of the filtration process, the filtrate is removed through the waste removal opening (5) in the flow pipe (1).
Išradimas gali būti naudojamas bet kokio, spaudimo pagalba tekančio skysčio filtravimui, filtravimo įrenginiuose, nuo skystyje esančio filtrato. Filtrato dalelių pralaidumas yra tiesiogiai reguliuojamas valdant filtruojamo skysčio sukuriamą slėgį į membranos elastingai deformuojamą, išilginį pailgą, į spiralę susuktą elementą.The invention can be used to filter any liquid flowing under pressure, in filtration devices, from the filtrate contained in the liquid.
