Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to building finishing elements such as sidings for exterior surfaces. To simplify panel fabrication and increase its resistance to environmental influences, the proposed finishing panel has a brick wall between the support base and the clamping base, wherein the support base has at least two reinforcing bars rigidly connected to the support base and perpendicular to the base plane. Said reinforcing bars pass through specially holes in the brick wall arranged one above the other and which pass through corresponding holes in the clamping plate, wherein the upper ends of the reinforcing bars have a brick clamping and locking means.

Technical field

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to building finishing elements, such as panels for exterior surfaces.

State of the art

LT patent no. LT4618, published January 25, 2000, describes a finishing board for exterior surfaces of buildings having upper and lower edges. The lower edge has a curved upward edge which extends into the downwardly joining overlap groove of the upper edge of the previously attached finishing panel. The panels are nailed to the wall. To compensate for the expansion and contraction of the panels, the joints were made of a relatively flexible material. The disadvantage of such panels is that the panels are made of a temperature sensitive material and the joints are made of flexible material to compensate for fluctuations, which makes the construction of such panels difficult.

Resolving a technical issue

The purpose of the invention is to simplify the technology of panel production and their installation on external walls, to increase their resistance to various external effects of nature, to extend the service life and to prevent the release of hazardous substances into the environment.

Disclosure of Invention

The essence of the solution according to the invention is that the finishing panel of the exterior surfaces of the buildings has a brick between the support base and the clamping base, wherein the support base has at least two reinforcing bars rigidly connected to the base and perpendicular to the base plane. Said reinforcing bars pass through holes in the masonry bricks specially arranged for reinforcement and extend through corresponding holes in the clamping plate, where the upper ends of the reinforcing bars have a brick clamping and locking means.

The support base and the clamping base are in the form of angles, the first walls of which are arranged parallel to each other and are the planes of the support base and the clamping base, respectively, between the masonry and flush reinforcing bars; for mounting wall means.

Brick masonry clamping and fixing means threads made at the upper ends of the reinforcement, on which nuts can be screwed.

Masonry bricks are perforated bricks.

The thickness of the masonry bricks is in the range of 50 to 65 mm and the dimensions of the panel are chosen according to the chosen project.

Example of embodiment of the invention

The panel 1 according to the invention has a support base, which may be angled 2, to which one wall is rigidly fixed, e.g. At the base of panel 1 is a masonry made of perforated brick, which can be of various types. A method of assembling a panel for exterior surfaces of buildings according to claim 1 comprising the following sequence of operations: - providing a support base with reinforcing bars rigidly attached to it, arranged perpendicular to its support plane, - the lower base is placed in the support plate frame, which determines the dimensions of the panel to be mounted, - provide masonry bricks with special holes for reinforcement, - masonry the brick on the supporting base, placing the bricks so that the reinforcing bars pass through holes made specifically for the bricks, - after the masonry is finished, the upper ends of the reinforcing bars are pierced through the holes in the upper pressure plate, - retains the masonry for approximately 1 month and then mechanically presses the clamping plate, which respectively presses the masonry to the required degree of compression, - fixes the compressed masonry with the pressure and locking means at the ends of the reinforcement and the panel made of the support plate.
