Nr. 1107346, TPK H03B3/44, 1984).The technical essence is a closer lanthanum chromite tubular heater with a heating element and electrical wiring. It also has an outer electrical and heat insulating tubular member made of a chemical element that is chemically and physically neutral to the material of the heating element and has the following composition (% by weight): 1) earth alkaline element chromite less than 0.06 mm fraction - 40 -80%; 2) chromium phosphate - I - 3%; 3) earth alkaline element chromite 0.5 - 1.0 mm fraction - remaining amount. The heating element is made of lanthanum chromite in the following composition (% by weight): 1) calcium or magnesium oxide 5 10%; 2) lanthanum chromite - the remaining amount. The ratio of the inner diameter of the heating element to its length is within the range of 0.2-0.5%, and the ratio of the wall thickness to the outer diameter is within the range of 0.02-0.03% (USSR a. 1. No. 1107346, TPK H03B3 / 44, 1984).
The disadvantage of such heating is its poor performance due to insufficient heat accumulation and insulation.
The object of the present invention is to improve the performance of a heater by increasing its heat accumulation, transmission and insulation.
Nurodytas tikslas pasiekiamas tuo, kad žinomame elektriniame šildytuve, turinčiame šildymo elementą, elektros srovės laidą ir apsauginį elementą, padaryti tokie pakeitimai:This object is achieved by making the following modifications to a known electric heater having a heating element, a power cord and a protective element:
The heating element uses an electric light bulb, and the protective element is made of expanded clay, sandwiched between the outer walls of the housing and the inner screen.
Išradimo esmė paaiškinta brėžiniu, kur Fig. 1 pavaizduotas šildytuvas iš priekio, o Fig. 2 - iš viršaus.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a front view of the heater, and FIG. 2 - from the top.
Šildytuvo viršus pridengtas skydu šilumos akumuliatoriumi 12.The heater has a heating element 1, a power cord 2 and a protective element 3. The heating element 3 uses an electric light bulb 4 with a power of 75W. The protective element 3 is made of expanded clay 5 wrapped around the heating element 1 between the outer walls 6 and the inner protective screen 7 forming the heater body 8. The bulb 4 is vertically screwed into a temperature resistant earthenware cartridge 9 secured to the bottom of the body 8. top II vertical walls made with holes for air passage. The top of the heater is shielded with a heat accumulator 12.
The heater works this way. Lamp 2 connects bulb 4 to electrical current. The surface of bulb 4 heats up to 800 ° -850 ° C. The screen 7 and the layer of expanded clay 5 closest to it heat up to the same temperature. The outer walls 6 of the heater housing 8 warm to 250 °. The temperature difference between the outer wall 6 and the inner screen 7 is due to the thermal insulation properties of the expanded clay 5.
Through the grain of the housing 8 the air heats up the heater contaminants through the holes in the bottom 10 between the expanded clay 5, cooling the expanded clay 5 and through the top the warm air exits and heats the ambient air. Dust and other air rest on the expanded clay 5 grains and are removed by changing the expanded clay. In this way, the heater also functions as an air purifier.
Compared to the prototype, the proposed heater has better performance, better storage properties, as the thickened expanded clay layer can accumulate more heat and then transfer it to the environment. The protective element made of expanded clay, sandwiched between the outer walls of the housing and the inner screen, insulates against internal heat and mechanically protects the heating element - the light bulb. The performance of the heater is also improved by the fact that the air passing through it heats up dust and other contaminants, leaving them in the foam.
