Abstract

Išradimas apibūdina didelio afiniškumo monokloninį antikūną 12B6, kuris specifiškai sąveikauja su fotolabilia DMNB grupe. Šis antikūnas tinka DMNB grupėms, esančioms baltymų (ir potencialiai kitų biomolekulių) sudėtyje, atpažinti. Antikūno ir unikalios DMNB grupės sąveika leidžia imunoprecipitacijos būdu manipuliuoti fotolabiliomis grupėmis žymėtais baltymais.
