Abstract

Pristatomas dabartinis mikrofluidinio pumpavimo, pavienių ląstelių žymėjimo, maišymo, emulsifikacijos, inkubacijos, optinio sužadinimo, skaitymo ir rūšiavimo individualių komponentų technikos lygis. Toliau pateikiamas išradimo aprašymas parodo kaip šie komponentai apjungiami į vieną, keturių konfigūracijų sistemą, turinčią tris struktūrines ir funkcines inovacijas. Pirmą – intra ir inter lygiagrečią konstrukciją įgalinančią spartų ir plataus mastelio pavienių ląstelių skaitymą ir rūšiavimą. Antrą – dvigubos, lazerių dėka surinktos fluorescentinės-genetinės ir vizualinės-morfologinės informacijos sujungimą ir apdorojimą naudojant mašinų matymo ir mašinų mokymo algoritmus, ypač klasifikavimo ir sutelkimo. Trečią – inovatyvius maišymo, inkubavimo ir skaitymo-rūšiavimo komponentų konstrukcinius sprendimus.
