The present invention relates to a silencer coupling structure of the compressor, and more particularly to a silencer coupling structure of the compressor that can improve the quality of the product. A general hermetic electric compressor, as shown in FIG. 1, has a hermetic container 1 that forms a case of a compressor, and a frame 2 provided inside the hermetic container 1 and a lower side of the frame 2. It is coupled to the stator 3 and the rotor 4 and the inner diameter of the rotor 4 and the crank shaft 5 and the upper side of the frame 2 having an eccentric portion 5a formed at one end thereof. The piston 6 is coupled to the eccentric portion 5a of the cylinder 6 and the crankshaft 5 and reciprocates in the cylinder 6. A cylinder head 8 is provided at the end of the cylinder 6 to allow refrigerant gas to flow into and out of the cylinder 6. As described above, when the rotor 4 is rotated by the power applied to the stator 3, the sealed type electric compressor rotates the crank shaft 5 fitted together with the rotor 4, and the crank shaft The piston (7) connected to the eccentric portion (5a) of the crankshaft (5) by the rotation of (5) reciprocates in the cylinder (6) by the eccentricity. Refrigerant gas of low temperature and low pressure flows into the cylinder 6 through the cylinder head 8 by the reciprocating motion of the piston 7, and the introduced refrigerant gas becomes a refrigerant gas of high temperature and high pressure in the cylinder 6. Discharged through the cylinder head 8. In this structure, a muffler is installed in the cylinder head 8 to reduce the pulsation of the refrigerant generated in the cylinder 6 and to guide the inflow and discharge of the refrigerant into the cylinder 6. The muffler is usually manufactured using plastic. As shown in FIG. 2, the plastic muffler is formed by combining the upper case 9 and the lower case 10 having the inlet 9a formed therein. The exit 9b is formed on one side, and a cavity (not shown) and a resonance chamber (not shown) are formed inside. Figure 3 shows a silencer coupling structure of the conventional compressor, as shown, the silencer coupling structure of the conventional compressor to form the insertion groove (9c) on the rim surface of the upper case (9) and the lower case (10) Forming the engaging projection (10a) is inserted into the insertion groove (9c) on the rim surface to form the insertion groove (9c) and the engaging projection (10a) of the upper and lower cases (9, 10) and then pressurized, fused It is structured. Since the silencer flows in and out of the refrigerant gas, the upper and lower cases 9 and 10 should be firmly coupled so as not to generate a coupling gap, so that the upper and lower cases 9 and 10 are fused and combined. However, in the above-described silencer coupling structure of the conventional compressor, in the process of fusion bonding the upper and lower cases 9 and 10, the molten material melted by the base material flows into the coupling gap and is attached to the inner and outer surfaces. By forming BURR, if the quality is deteriorated and the bee (B) falls when applied to the compressor, it causes the failure of the compressor and the refrigeration cycle to which the compressor is applied, and also for the management of the bee (B). There was a cumbersome problem of performing periodic destruction test and non-destructive test to check the remaining. Therefore, an object of the present invention in consideration of the above problems is to provide a silencer coupling structure of the compressor to increase the quality of the product. In order to achieve the object of the present invention as described above, the first joint portion that is bent the edge of the upper case and the second joint portion which is bent the edge of the lower case coincide with each other and the first and second joint portions matched with the sealing member. Provided is a silencer coupling structure of a compressor, characterized by sealing engagement. In addition, the silencer coupling structure of the compressor is provided, characterized in that the insertion groove is formed in the first junction and the engaging projection is formed in the second junction. Hereinafter, the compressor silencer coupling structure of the present invention will be described according to the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings. Compressor silencer coupling structure of the present invention, as shown in Figure 4, by extending the bent edge of the upper case 9 to form a first joint (9d) and extends the edge of the lower case 10 The second joint 10b is formed, the first and second joints 9d and 10d of the upper and lower cases 9 and 10 coincide with each other, and the sealing member 11 is formed on the first and second joints 9d and 10b. It is a structure combined by sealing with). In addition, it is preferable that an insertion groove 9e is formed in the first joining portion 9d and a coupling protrusion 10c is formed in the second joint portion 10b to be mated with the insertion groove 9e. In addition, a coupling protrusion may be formed in the first junction 9d and an insertion groove may be formed in the second junction 10b. Preferably, the sealing member 11 is formed by sealing the first and second joining portions in a “c” shape, and preferably made of the same material as the upper and lower cases 9 and 10. The coupling process of the silencer coupling structure as described above coincides with the first and second joint portions 9d and 10b of the upper and lower cases 9 and 10, and simultaneously forms the insertion groove 9e and the coupling protrusion 10c. The sealing member 11 is formed, sealed, and bonded by re-injection applied to the same position along the first and second joint portions 9e and 10b. Hereinafter will be described the effect of the compressor silencer coupling structure of the present invention. The compressor silencer coupling structure of the present invention extends the ends of the upper and lower cases 9 and 10 to the outside in coupling the upper and lower cases 9 and 10 constituting the silencer to connect the joints 9e and 10b. Forming and sealing and joining the joints 9e and 10b by re-injection by coating, so that foreign substances such as bees B are formed in the silencer, and the upper and lower cases 9 and 10 can be combined to produce a silencer. It is possible to improve the quality of the product, it is not carried out whether the bee (B) remaining as in the prior art has the effect of reducing the management and management costs.
