Abstract

The present invention provides a pre-driver of a semiconductor device which supplies a signal for driving an internal circuit by a signal input from the outside of the semiconductor device, wherein the pre-driver is in a high impedance state when the pre-driver is not operated by a control signal. By providing an input predriver of the semiconductor device, power consumption by the predriver is prevented.
