본 고안은 각종 유체이송파이프 열교환기의 파이프내에 부착된 녹이나 설러지(SULLAGE)등의 이물질을 매우 효율적으로 제거시킬 수 있도록 한 파이프내의 이물질 제거구에 관한 것으로서, 종래에는 각종 유체이송파이프 내면에 부착된 이물질은 긴 막대끝에 금속브러쉬를 고정하여 파이프내면을 문질러 청소하거나 화학약품을 용해한 세척수나 고압의 물을 이송시켜 센수압에 의하여 이물질을 제거시키게 되는 바, 금속브리쉬를 고정한 막대를 이용할 경우에는 길이의 한계로 긴파이프의 내면 청소는 할 수 없고, 화학약품을 이용할 경우에는 약품공해와 청소후 약품을 완전히 씻어 제거시켜야 되는 문제가 따르게 되고, 또한 약액세척수와 물의 수압에 의하여서는 파이프내면에 장기간 단단하게 굳은 이물질은 제거되지 않는 문제가 따르게 되었다.The present invention relates to a foreign material removal port in a pipe that can efficiently remove foreign matters such as rust and sludge attached to the pipes of various fluid transfer pipe heat exchangers.
