通水管内壁面に付着するスケールに完全に接触し
た状態で且つ回転しながらこのスケールを効果的
に擦り取り除去するようにすることにあり、以下

内周面に沿つて剥離用凸条1bにより回転しなが
ら猛スピードで摺擦走行し、その走行中に於い
て、通水管2の内周面に付着するスケール5に確
実に接触しながらこのスケールを剥離用凸条1b
により削り取り作用及び回転により螺旋凹溝1a
空間に発生する渦流によつて効果的に剥離除去し

5を手前から効果的に順次取り除いて、完全に洗
浄清掃することができる。そして其後、通水管2
内を走行した洗浄用弾丸1は前方に於いて、氷解
し、スケール5を含んだ汚水7′と共に汚水排水
バルブ12から排水され、通水管2内は長さに応
じて発射された複数の洗浄用弾丸1によりスケー
