Claims (12)
- 제1정전용량 및 제2정전용량에 대하여 상반하는 특성변화를 부여하고, 이 특성변화를 전기적으로 검출하는 센서회로에 있어서, 제1정전용량에 접속된 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 제1반전증폭기와, 이 제1반전증폭기의 출력을 입력에 접속하는 제1귀환정전용량을 갖는 제1반전증폭부와, 제2정전용량에 접속된 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 제2반전증폭기와, 이 제2반전증폭기의 출력을 입력에 접속하는 제2귀환정전용량을 갖는 제2반전증폭부와, 이 제1반전증폭기의 출력에 접속된 제1중간정전용량과, 이 중간정전용걍에 접속된 홀수단의 CMOS인 버터로 된 제3반전증폭기와, 이 제3반전증폭부의 출력을 입력에 접속하는 제3귀환정전용량을 갖는 제3반전증폭부와, 제2반전증폭의 출력과 제3반전증폭부의 출력을 병렬 정전용량에 의하여 통합하는 용량결합과, 이 용량 결합의 출력이 접속된 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 제4반전증폭기와, 이 제4반전증폭기의 출력을 입력에 접속하는 제4귀환정전용량을 갖는 제4반전증폭부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 센서회로.
- 특성변화를 용량치를 검출하는 센서회로로서, 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 제1반전증폭기로서, 입력에 제1정전용량이 접속되고, 입출력간에 제2정전용량이 접속된 제1반전증폭기와, 이 제1반전증폭기의 출력과 상기한 제1정전용량의 입력이 접속된 병렬정전용량의 출력을 통합하는 용량결합과, 이 용량결합의 출력이 접속된 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 제 2반전증폭기와, 이 제2반전증폭기와, 이 제2반전증폭기의 출력을 입력에 접속하는 귀환정전용량을 갖는 제2반전증폭부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 센서회로.
- 특성변화를 저항치로서 검출하는 센서회로로서, 제1저항에 접속된 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 제1반전 증폭기와 이 제1반전증폭기와, 이 제1반전증폭기의 출력을 입력에 접속하는 제1귀환저항을 갖는 제1반전증폭부와, 제2저항에 접속된 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 제2반전증폭기와, 이 제2반전증폭기의 출력을 입력에 접속하는 제2귀환저항을 갖는 제2전증폭부, 이 제1반전증폭부의 출력에 접속된 제1중간저항과, 이 중간저항에 접속된 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 제3반전증폭기와, 이 제3반전증폭기의 출력을 입력에 접속하는 제3귀환저항을 갖는제3반전증폭부와, 제2반전증폭부의 출려과 제3반전증폭부의 출력을 병렬 저항에 의하여 통합하는 저항결합과, 이 용량결합의 출력이 접속된 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 제4반전증폭기와, 이 제4반전증폭기의 출력을 입력에 접속하는 제4귀환저항을 갖는 제2반전증폭부을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 센서회로.
- 특성변화를 저항치로서 검출되는 센서회로로서, 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 제1반전증폭기로서, 입력에 제1저항이 접속되며, 입출력간에 제2저항이 접속된 제1반전증폭기와, 이 제1반전증폭기의 출력과 상기한 제1저항의 입력이 접속된 병렬 저항의 출력을 통합하는 저항결합과, 이 저항결합의 출력의 접속된 입력저항과, 이 입력저항에 접속된 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 제2반전증폭기와, 이 제2반전증폭기의 출력을 입력에 접속하는 귀환저항을 갖는 제2반전증폭부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 센서회로.
- 홀수단의 CMOS인버터올 된 반전증폭기와 이 반전증폭기의 출력을 입력에 접속하는 귀환정전용량과, 상기한 반전증폭기의 입력에 접속된 입력정전용량을 구비하며, 상기한 귀환정전용량은 용량형 센서로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서회로.
- 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 반전증폭기와, 이 반전증폭기의 출력을 입력에 접속하는 귀환정전용량과, 상기한 반전증폭기의 입력에 접속된 입력 정전용량을 구비하고, 상기한 입력정전용량은 용량형 센서로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서회로.
- 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 반전증폭기와, 이 반전증폭기의 출력을 입력에 접속하는 귀환정전용량과, 상기한 반전증폭기의 입력에 접속된 입력정전용량을 구비하고, 상기한 귀환정전용량과 입력정전용량은 용량형센서로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서회로.
- 제5항에 있어서, 귀환정전용량과 병렬로 반전증폭기에 접속된 기준정전용량과, 반전증폭기의 입력에 대하여, 기준정전용량 또는 귀한정전용량을 선택 접속하는 스위치를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서회로.
- 제5항에 있어서, 귀환정전용량과 별렬로 반전증폭기에 접속된 기준정전용량과, 반전증폭기의 출력에 대하여, 기준정전용량 또는 귀환정전용량을 선택 접속하는 스위치을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서회로.
- 제6항에 있어서, 입력정전용량의 입력에 병렬고 접속된 기준정전용량과, 반전증폭기의 입력에 대하여 기준정전용량 또는 입력정전용량을 선택 접속하는 스위치를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서회로.
- 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 제1반전증폭기와, 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 제2반전증폭기와, 제1반전증폭기와 출력을 입력에 접속하는 제1귀환정전용량과, 제2반전증폭기의 출력을 입력해 접속하는 제2귀환정전용량과, 제1반전증폭기의 입력에 접속된 제1입력정전용량과, 제2반전증폭기의 입력에 접속된 제2입력정전용량을구비하고, 제1,제2입력정전용량에는 공통된 입력전압이 접속되며, 제1귀환정전용량은 용량형 센서로 되고, 제2귀환정전용량은 기준정전용량으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서회로.
- 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 제1반전증폭기와, 홀수단의 CMOS인버터로 된 제2반전증폭기와, 제1반전증폭기의 출력을 입력에 접속하는 제1귀환정전용량과, 제2반전증폭기의 출력을 입력에 접속하는 제2귀환정전용량과, 제1반전증폭기의 입력에 접속된 제1입력정전용량과, 제2반전증폭기의 입력에 접속된 제2입력정전용량을 구비하고, 제1,제2입력정전용량에는 공통된 입력전압이 접속되며, 제1입력정전용량을 용량형 센서로 되고, 제2입력정전용량을 기준정전용량으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서회로.
