Abstract
본 발명은 다채널 오디로 데이타의 재현시 채널수 변환방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, M개의 음원에서 발생한 오디오 신호가 들어오면, 음원과 스피커의 위치 정보에 따라 처리가 가능하게 하고, 스피커/헤드폰 츨력 경우에 따라 출력값 조절이 가능하게 해주는 제어부; 및 최종 귀로 들어오는 신호들을 고려해 주면서, M개의 음원을 N개로 채널수를 변환해 처리해주는 데이터 처리부를 구비한다. 따라서, 적은 수의 스피커를 사용해, 보다 많은 수의 스피커를 사용했을 때에 대한 효과를 내도록 하고, 스피커를 이용한 재생의 경우와 헤드폰을 이용한 재생 경우에 대해 서로 다른 처리들을 해줌으로서, 재현 환경을 고려한 보다 적합한 처리가 가능하게 한다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
