Abstract

본 발명은 광디스크재생시스템의 서보제어방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 픽업장치의 롱 트랙 점프(long track jump) 시에 안정된 서보 제어를 할 수 있는 서보제어방법에 관한 것이다. 이 서보제어방법은, 트랙 점프 모드 시에 광픽업장치를 트랙 이동시킴과 아울러 동시에 광픽업장치의 스폿이 트랙 상에 위치하도록 제어하는 제1과정과; 상기 제1과정에 의한 트랙 이동이 원하는 만큼 수행되었는 지를 판단하는 제2과정과; 상기 제2과정의 판단결과에 따라 상기 제1과정을 반복하거나 또는 상기 광픽업장치의 트랙이동을 중지하는 제3과정을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 트랙 점프 모드 시에 광픽업장치를 이동시킴과 아울러 광픽업장치의 스폿이트랙 상에 위치하도록 제어하는 제1과정과; 상기 제1과정에 의한 트랙 이동이 원하는 만큼 수행되었는지를 판단하는 제2과정과; 상기 제2과정의 판단결과에 따라 상기 제1과정을 반복하거나 또는 상기 광 픽업장치의 트랙이동을 중지하는 제3과정을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 재생시스템의 서보제어방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1과정은, 광픽업장치에서 검출되는 4분할 주 빔 신호(A,B,C,D)를 (A+C)-(B+D)=0이 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크재생시스템의 서보제어방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2과정은, 광픽업장치의 이동에 따른 트랙수를 카운트하여 카운트 된 트랙수가 원하는 트랙수와 일치하는 지를 판단함에 의해 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 광디스크재생시스템의 서보제어방법.
