수분함수율 측정장치 (전기, 전자)
2. 발명(고안)이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
① 일정밀도유지장치-공압기를 이용하여 압축성이 있는 물질의 시료에 일정한 압력을 가하여 밀도를 일정하게 유지
② 평형판 축전지의 유전용량 측정센서-갑담배와 같이 규격화되어 있는 시료에 일정한 압력으로 전극을 압착시켜 유전용량을 측정하여 정산법에 따라 함수율로 환산함.
3. 발명(고안)의 해결방법의 요지
담배, 건초등과 같이 밀도가 일정치 않은 물질의 수분율을 측정하는 데 응용된 유전율식 수분측정장치가 안고 있는 가장 큰 문제점인 밀도 의존성을 해결하기 위하여, 갑담배와 같이 규격화되어 있는 시료에 평형판 축전기의 전극판이 일정한 압력으로 압착될 수 있도록 공압기를 장착하여 측정의 정확도를 크게 개선할 수 있 다.

Claims (1)
- 평형판 축전기의 절연물질로 피막을 입힌 한쪽 고정전극과 다른쪽의 이동전극에 일정한 압력을 가하여 시료와 전극이 밀착하여 항상 일정한 밀도의 시료에 대한 유전용량을 측정하여 정산(calibration)을 통해 함수율로 환산하는 수분측정장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
