Abstract
본 발명은 자동차 크랭크 샤프트의 단차거리 측정장치에 관한 것으로서, 베이스(2) 상단의 고정대(6)와 이동대(10)에 크랭크 샤프트(8)의 양단을 지지시킨 후 미리 중앙 메인저널(12) 가공부의 기준측면(14)이 이루어야할 설계상의 단차거리(A)로 고정되어 있는 바(4)를 상기 메인저널(12)의 가공부에 진입시켜 보아 가공된 크랭크 샤프트(8)의 단차거리(A)와 설계상의 단차거리를 비교측정하는 자동차 크랭크 샤프트의 단차거리 측정장치에 있어서, 상기 바(4)의 선단에 힌지핀(22)을 통하여 회동가능하게 유설되는 절곡된 회동편(24)과, 상기 회동편(24)의 일단이 상기 메인저널(12)의 기준측면(14)에 항상 접촉하는 탄발력을 제공하도록 상기 바(4)와 상기 회동편(24)에 양단이 연결된 탄성부재(26)와, 상기 회동편(24)의 타단에 그 측정자가 접촉하도록 상기 바(4)의 일측에 고정되는 다이얼 게이지(20)를 포함하여 크랭크 샤프트(8) 가공부의 기준측면(14)을 정확하게 항시 측정하게 되므로 종래와 같이 바(4)와 기준측면(14) 사이의 틈새가 배제되므로 더욱 정확한 측정을 가능하게 함으로써, 후공정에서의 치수관리에 정확성을 기할 수 있고, 결국 크랭크 샤프트(8)의 불량률을 감소시키고 품질을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring a step distance of an automobile crankshaft, and after supporting both ends of the crankshaft (8) on the fixed base (6) and the movable base (10) at the top of the base (2), the central main journal (12) in advance.
