Abstract
본 발명은 폐타이어 등의 폐고무류를 단열처리된 건류수단과 1차 및 2차 연소수단을 통과시키면서 고온집중으로 연소시키고, 여기서 발생된 고온의 열을 이용해서 난방수를 공급할 수 있도록 한 대체 연료(폐합성수지류)를 이용한 보일러 시스템에 관한 것이다. 종래의 폐가스 정화장치(소각기)는 연소시에 발생하는 열이 연소로의 외벽을 타고 쉽게 방출되기 때문에 로안의 온도가 낮아서 불완전 연소를 일으키게 되고, 이로 인한 2차 오염물질의 배출과, 보일러로의 병합운전이 불가능한 단점이 있다.The present invention burns waste rubber, such as waste tires, at high temperature concentration while passing heat-insulated dry distillation means and primary and secondary combustion means, and uses a high-temperature heat generated therein to supply heating water.
