Abstract
타이밍 벨트 또는 전동 벨트 강화용 강철 코드(10)는 코드 꼬임 피치로 처음 방향으로 서로 단단하게 꼬인 2 내지 5개의 스트랜드(12)로만 이루어진다. 각각의 상기 스트랜드(12)는 꼬임 피치로 상기 처음 방향으로 서로 단단하게 꼬인 2 내지 7개의 강철 필리멘트(14)로만 이루어진다. 강철 필라멘트(14)는 0.33내지 0.40mm범위의 지름을 가진다. 필라멘트 지름에 대한 스트랜드 꼬임 피치의 비는 30 이상이고, 필라멘트 지름에 대한 코드 꼬임 피치는 비는 30 이상이며, 스트랜드 꼬임 피치에 대한 코드 꼬임 피치의 비는 1 이상이다. 이러한 강철 코드는 축방향 하중하에서 만족할만한 낮은 비틀림 모멘트를 가진다.

Claims (8)
- 상기 강철 코드는 코드 꼬임 피치로 처음 방향으로 서로 단단하게 꼬인 2 내지 5개의 스트랜드(12)로만 이루어지고, 상기 각 스트랜드(12)는 스트랜드 꼬임 피치로 상기 처음 방향으로 서로 단단하게 꼬인 2 내지 7개의 강철 필라멘트(14)로만 이루어지며, 상기 강철 필라멘트(14)는 0.03 내지 0.40mm범위의 지름을 갖고, 필라멘트 지름에 대한 스트랜드 꼬임 피치의 비는 30 이상이며, 필라멘트 지름에 대한 코드 꼬임 피치의 비는 30 이상이고, 스트랜드 꼬임 피치에 대한 코드 꼬임 피치의 비는 1이상인 타이밍 벨트 또는 전동 벨트 강화용 강철 코드(10)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강철 코드의 50 뉴톤에서의 부분 부하 연신율이 0.40%보다 작음을 특징으로 하는 강철 코드.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스트랜드의 수가 셋임을 특지으로 하는 강철 코드.
- 상기 전 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 스트랜드 내 강철 필라멘트의 수는 셋임을 특징으로 하는 강철 코드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스트랜드 꼬임 피치에 대한 코드 꼬임 피치의 비가 1.2 이상임을 특징으로 하는 강철 코드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘트 지름에 대한 스트랜드 꼬임 피치의 비가 40 이상임을 특징으로 하는 강철 코드.
- 제6항에 있어서, 필라멘트 지름에 대한 스트랜드 꼬임 피치의 비가 50 이상임을 특징으로 하는 강철 코드.
