Abstract
본 발명은 리니어 압축기에 관한 것으로, 냉매의 흡입유로를 확보하기 위한 리니어 압축기의 경우에는 기존의 로드 포스트(24) 및 피스톤로드(25)등이 제거되어 스프링(28)이 피스톤(22)에 체결되기 위해서는 판스프링(38)의 중앙공(38a)의 크기가 커지게 되므로 판스프링(38)의 팔길이(38b)이 짧아지게 됨으로써 판스프링(38)에 요구되는 강성을 갖지 못하게 되어 압축기에 대한 신뢰도가 저하되는 문제가 있고, 이러한 판스프링은 제조하기도 까다로와 양산성에도 문제가 있는바, 피스톤(22)을 강성적으로 지지하도록 한 코일 스프링(70)을 사용한 본 발명을 제공하여 피스톤의 냉매 흡입유로의 확보가 이루어지는 상태에서 피스톤을 스프링이 동일한 강성을 갖고 지지하게 되는 것이며, 코일 스프링은 판스프링에 비하여 양산성이 양호해지도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a linear compressor, and in the case of a linear compressor for securing a suction flow path of a refrigerant, the existing rod post 24 and the piston rod 25 are removed, and the spring 28 is fastened to the piston 22.
