Abstract
The present invention relates to the field of automobile exhaust purification, and in particular to an automobile exhaust purifier convenient to install. The automobile exhaust purifier includes a mounting base mounted on an automobile chassis, a catalyst core and a sealing cover, where the outer side face of the mounting base is a plane, a pin rod is disposed on the inner side of the mounting base, and a clamping groove is disposed on the edge of the catalyst core; the catalyst core is axially limited through the pin rod, the edge of the mounting base is provided with a connecting disc, and the connecting disc is provided with a threaded column; the connecting disc is covered with a layer of seal ring, the sealing cover is cambered and concave, the edge of the sealing cover is provided with a connecting hole corresponding to the threaded column, a soft chain is further disposed between the sealing cover and the mounting base, and the sealing cover is provided with a soft chain accommodating chamber. The present invention has the beneficial effects that by arranging the soft chain between the sealing cover and the mounting base, after the sealing cover is opened, the catalyst core is mounted in the sealing cover; at the time, the sealing cover is suspended by the soft chain, so that the installing difficulty is effectively reduced when the catalyst core is mounted or replaced.

AUTOMOBILE EXHAUST PURIFIER CONVENIENT TO INSTALL LU101243
BACKGROUND Technical Field The present invention belongs to the field of automobile exhaust purification, and particularly relates to an automobile exhaust purifier. Related Art An automobile exhaust purifier belongs to intermediate devices installed between an engine and an automobile exhaust pipe, and the fixed position thereof can be selected according to the length of a connecting pipe. The automobile exhaust purifier can be fixed on the automobile exhaust pipe, or fixed on an engine air outlet pipe. However, when a filter element is assembled or replaced, the replacement must be performed by dismantling the purifier, resulting in troublesome replacement processes and increased maintenance difficulty. Summary Against the aforementioned shortcomings in the prior art, an objective of the present invention is to provide an automobile exhaust purifier convenient to install. In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the following technical solution is adopted according to the present invention: An automobile exhaust purifier convenient to install, including a mounting base mounted on an automobile chassis, a catalyst core and a sealing cover, where the outer side face of the mounting base is a plane, a pin rod is disposed on the inner side of the mounting base, and a clamping groove is disposed on the edge of the catalyst core, where the catalyst core is axially limited through the pin rod, the edge of the mounting base is provided with a connecting disc, and the connecting disc is provided with a threaded column; the connecting disc is covered with a layer of seal ring, the sealing cover is cambered and concave, the edge of the sealing cover is provided with a connecting hole corresponding to the threaded column, a soft chain LU101243 is further disposed between the sealing cover and the mounting base, and the sealing cover is provided with a soft chain accommodating chamber. Preferably, the outer side of the sealing cover is further provided with a half s encasing strip that encases the sealing cover by a half, and the two ends of the half encasing strip are each provided with a through hole spring.
Preferably, the outer wall of the pin rod is sleeved with a damping spring. Preferably, a clamping ridge for mounting the catalyst core is disposed in the sealing cover.
Due to adoption of the aforementioned solution, in the present invention, by arranging the soft chain between the sealing cover and the mounting base, after the sealing cover is opened, the catalyst core is mounted in the sealing cover; at the time, the sealing cover does not fall down by being suspended by the soft chain, so that the installing difficulty is effectively reduced through the auxiliary effect of the soft chain when the catalyst core is mounted or replaced.

Description of Embodiments The embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention can be implemented in various different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
As shown in FIGs. 1-3, an automobile exhaust purifier convenient to install includes a mounting base 1 mounted on an automobile chassis, a catalyst core 3 and a sealing cover 2, where the outer side face of the mounting base 1 is a plane,
a pin rod 12 is disposed on the inner side of the mounting base 1, and a clamping LU101243 groove is disposed on the edge of the catalyst core 3; the catalyst core 3 is axially limited through the pin rod 12, the edge of the mounting base 1 is provided with a connecting disc 11, and the connecting disc 11 is provided with a threaded column 13: the connecting disc 11 is covered with a layer of seal ring 14, the sealing cover 2 is cambered and concave, the edge of the sealing cover 2 is provided with a connecting hole corresponding to the threaded column, a soft chain 4 is further disposed between the sealing cover 2 and the mounting base 1, and the sealing cover 2 is provided with a soft chain accommodating chamber 22.
The outer side of the sealing cover 2 is further provided with a half encasing strip that encases the sealing cover by a half, and the two ends of the half encasing strip are each provided with a through hole. The middie portion of the sealing cover is supported through the half encasing strip, which effectively reduces the pressure of the catalyst core to the middle portion of the sealing cover and ensures the durability of the sealing cover. The outer wall of the pin rod is sleeved with a damping spring. The catalyst core 3 vibrates under the impact of exhaust, and the vibration of the catalyst core is effectively weakened by the damping spring on the pin rod 12. A clamping ridge 21 for mounting the catalyst core 3 is disposed in the sealing cover 2, and the axial movement of the catalyst core can be restricted through the clamping ridge, thereby ensuring the stability of the catalyst core.
When the automobile exhaust purifier is used, the catalyst core is placed in the sealing cover and moves upwards, so that the soft chain enters the soft chain accommodating chamber, the sealing cover and the mounting base are closed to perform sealing by the cooperation of the threaded column and a nut, and the automobile exhaust purifier is connected to the automobile chassis through the mounting base. By arranging the soft chain between the sealing cover and the mounting base, after the sealing cover is opened, the catalyst core is mounted in the sealing cover; at the time, the sealing cover does not fall down by being suspended by the soft chain, so that the installing difficulty is effectively reduced through the auxiliary effect of the soft chain when the catalyst core is mounted or replaced.

An automobile exhaust purifier convenient to install, comprising a mounting base mounted on an automobile chassis, a catalyst core and a sealing cover, 5 wherein the outer side face of the mounting base is a plane, a pin rod is disposed on the inner side of the mounting base, and a clamping groove is disposed on the edge of the catalyst core, wherein the catalyst core is axially limited through the pin rod, the edge of the mounting base is provided with a connecting disc, and the connecting disc is provided with a threaded column; the connecting disc is covered with a layer of seal ring, the sealing cover is cambered and concave, the edge of the sealing cover is provided with a connecting hole corresponding to the threaded column, a soft chain is further disposed between the sealing cover and the mounting base, and the sealing cover is provided with a soft chain accommodating chamber.

The automobile exhaust purifier convenient to install according to claim 1, wherein the outer side of the sealing cover is further provided with a half encasing strip that encases the sealing cover by a half, and the two ends of the half encasing strip are each provided with a through hole spring.
3. The automobile exhaust purifier convenient to install according to claim 2, wherein the outer wall of the pin rod is sleeved with a damping spring.
4. The automobile exhaust purifier convenient to install according to claim 3, wherein a clamping ridge for mounting the catalyst core is disposed in the sealing cover.
