Abstract
본 발명은 리니어 압축기(LINEAR COMPRESSOR)의 마그네트(MAGNET) 조립부에 관한 것으로, 종래 리니어 압축기의 마그네트 조립부는 마그네트의 두께보다 엔드링과 패들링의 두께가 두껍게 되어 에어갭(AIR GAP)의 간격이 넓어짐으로서 리니어 모터의 성능이 저하되고, 따라서 압축기 전체의 성능이 저하되는 등의 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명 리니어 압축기의 마그네트 조립부는 양측 상면에 단차부가 형성된 마그네트와, 그 마그네트의 하부에 설치되고 일측은 마그네트를 지지함과 아울러 마그네트의 상면과 동일하도록 단차부에 절곡 설치되고, 타측은 피스톤에 고정되는 마그네트 쉘과, 그 마그네트 쉘에 고정되며, 상기 마그네트의 상면과 동일하도록 마그네트의 타단부에 형성된 단차부에 지지되는 마그네트 캡을 구비하여서 구성되어 리니어 모터의 내부에 형성되는 에어갭 간격을 종래보다 좁게 형성함으로서, 리니어 모터의 성능이 향상되고, 따라서 압축기 전체의 성능이 향상되는 효과가 있다. 그리고 상기 마그네트 조립부가 마그네트, 마그네트 쉘, 마그네트 캡으로 구성되어 종래 보다 부품수를 줄임으로서 조립공정이 단순화 되고, 따라서 조립이 용이하여 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a magnet assembly of a linear compressor (LINEAR COMPRESSOR), the magnet assembly of the conventional linear compressor is thicker than the thickness of the magnet and the thickness of the end ring and paddling is widened the gap between the air gap (AIR GAP) As a result, there has been a problem that the performance of the linear motor is lowered, and therefore the performance of the entire compressor is lowered.
