Abstract

본 발명은 해수 또는 담수에 유조선 및 각종 선박의 좌초나 충돌로 인하여 방출된 기름을 수거하여 유수(油水)를 분리할 수 있도록 한 유수수거분리장치에 관한 것으로서, 선박에 진공식 흡입시스템 및 유수분리시스템 등이 설치된 콘테이너를 장착시켜 방출된 기름을 수거시 어느 선박에서도 작업을 할수 있도록 기동성을 향상시킨 장치로, 진공펌프(Vacuum pump)와 송풍기(Blower)의 라인이 분기연결되고 상, 하한센서가 부착된 복수개의 진공탱크와, 각각 진공탱크로부터 인출된 라인과 연결되고 출항시 파도에 의한 선박의 유동시에 유수분리기의 수평중심을 잡을 수 있으며, 유수혼합물을 물과 기름의 비중차에 의해 분리할 수 있도록 한 유수분리기와, 기름배수공과 연결되어 분리된 기름을 보관하는 오일탱크와, 에어콤프레셔와 모든 밸브가 연결되어 콘트롤하는 에어보조탱크와, 상기 진공탱크와 분기연결되고 기름오염된 해수 및 담수 수면에 띄워져 일정높이의 유수를 수거할 수 있는 스키머와, 상기 각 시스템을 가동 또는 제어할 수 있는 콘트롤박스로 구성되어 해수 및 담수에 방출된 기름의 수거를 유수혼합물을 동시에 진공흡입하여 믹싱됨없이 한 후 선박에서 유수를 분리하여 물은 현장에서 직접방류시키고 기름만을 오일탱크에 수거할 수 있도록 한 유수수거분리장치를 제공하려는 것이 그 특징이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 선박 위에 복수개의 콘테이너로 구성된 각각의 시스템은 유수혼합물을 즉시 분리하기 위하여 유수혼합물 흡입과정에서 유수혼합물의 믹싱을 최대한 막기 위해 진공펌프(Vacuum pump)와 송풍기(Blower)의 라인이 분기연결되고 상, 하한센서가 부착된 복수개의 진공탱크와, 진공탱크로부터 인출된 라인과 연결되고 현장에서도 파도에 의한 선박의 유동시에도 유수혼합물을 물과 기름의 비중차에 의해 분리할 수 있도록 수평조절 수단을 갖도록 한 유수분리기와, 기름배수공과 연결되어 분리된 기름을 보관하는 오일탱크와, 탱크에 모인 기름을 이송시킬수 있는 이송장치 및 에어콤프레셔와 연결되어 모든 밸브를 콘트롤하는 에어보조탱크와, 상기 진공탱크와 분기연결되고 기름오염된 해수 및 담수 수면에 띄워져 개폐장치 및 스키머의 이동장치를 이용하여 흩어진 기름을 흡입구쪽으로 모은후 펌프 흡입력에 의한 수위조절장치를 이용하여 수면 위층만을 흡입하여 유수를 수거할 수 있는 스키머와, 스키머를 선박에서 해수 및 담수의 수면에 진수시키기 위해 콘테이너에 설치된 크레인과 상기 각 시스템을 가동 또는 제어할 수 있는 콘트롤박스로 이루워져 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유수수거분리장치.
