Abstract

본 발명은 인장강도 8g/d이상, 신도10-17%, 섬도 1000∼1500데니어인 고강력 합성섬유 필라멘트사를 2가닥 이상 합연하여 3000∼10000 데니어 합연사로 만든후, 이 합연사를 단사 또는 수가닥을 경위사로 사용하되 경사의 경우 300∼500데니어의 합성섬유 필라멘트 지경사로 얽어맨 것을 사용하여 격자크기 4∼50㎜인 레노직의 격자상 사이트를 제편하고, 이 격자상 시이트위에 합성수지를 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 한 토목·건축용 보강재 지오그리드의 제조방법이 제공되는 것으로 중량 낮은 것임에도 강력 이용율이 높은 지오그리드를 제공하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 인장강도 8g/d이상, 신도10-17%, 섬도 1000∼1500데니어인 고강력 합성섬유 필라멘트사를 2가닥 이상합연하여 3000∼10000 데니어 합연사로 만든후, 이 합연사를 단사 또는 수가닥을 경위사로 사용하되 경사의경우 300∼500데니어의 합성섬유 필라멘트 지경사로 얽어맨 것을 사용하여 격자크기 4∼50㎜인 레노직의 격자상 사이트를 제편하고, 이 격자상 시이트위에 합성수지를 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 한 토목· 건축용 보강재지오그리드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 합성섬유가 폴리에스터, 폴리아미드, 폴리비닐알콜인 것을 특징으로 한 지오그리드의제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 합성수지가 PVC 또는 아크릴수지인 것을 특징으로 한 지오그리드의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 합성수지에 향균제가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 한 지오그리드의 제조방법.
  5. 상기 제1항 내지 4항의 방법에 따라 수득되는 경사방향 인장강도가 2t/m 이상인 토목·건축용 보강재지오그리드.
