Abstract

본 발명은 생분해성 고분자인 폴리락트산을 락트산으로 부터 직접 탈수 축합반응에 의해 제조하는 방법에 관한 신규한 발명으로 의료용 재료나 범용 수지 대체물로 사용할 수 있는 폴리락트산에 관한 것으로, 그 기술구성은 락트산을 삼산화안티몬 또는 산화제1주석 등과 함께 반응기내에서 탈수 및 중축합 반응을 시켜 락트산 올리고머를 얻고, 이 락트산 올리고머를 클로로포름 또는 메틸렌 클로라이드에 녹인 다음 메탄올에 침지시키거나, 직접 이소프로필에테르로 정제하여 미반응 락트산과 수분을 제거하고 건조된 락트산 올리고머를 감압상태에서 촉매와 산화방지제의 존재하에서 다시 중축합시킴을 특징으로 하는 폴리락트산의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a polylactic acid which can be used as a medical material or a general-purpose resin substitute by a novel invention for producing a polylactic acid, a biodegradable polymer, by direct dehydration condensation reaction from lactic acid.
