Abstract
기존의 정수처리 공정에서 응집처리 후 침전공정을 거치는 것이 상례이나 본 공정에서는 용존공기부상장치를 사용하여 침전공정을 대체하였다. 용존 공기 부상장치는 전 단계에서 반드시 응집공정을 거치게 된다. 본 장치는 응집시 교반기의 사용을 없애고 용존공기부상조 운전에 필요한 컴프레샤의 압축공기를 사용하여 급속교반을 유도하였고, 플록형성도 동력이 불필요한 상하우류식 플록큐레이타를 이용하였으며, 부상조의 슬러지 배출도 스크레이퍼를 이용치 않고 수위에 의하여 넘쳐 배출이 되도록 하였다. 최소의 동력 사용과 컴팩트한 디자인이 본 공정의 주 핵심이라 하겠다.In the conventional water treatment process, it is common to go through the flocculation process after the flocculation process, but in this process, the dissolved air flotation device is used to replace the precipitation process. Dissolved air flotation devices must go through the coagulation process at all stages. This device eliminates the use of agitator during flocculation and induces rapid stirring by using compressed air of compressor that is required for dissolved air flotation operation. Discharge was also discharged by the water level without using a scraper. Minimal power usage and compact design are key to the process.
