본 발명은 차량의 헤드 임팩트(head impact)충격 완화구조에 관한 것으로, 윈도우 사이드 글래스(11)와, 프론트 필라 트림(12), 아우터 판넬(13), 레인포스 판넬(14), 프론트 인너 어퍼 필라 판넬(15) 및 웨더 스트립(16)을 포함하여 구성된 차량의 프론트부(front part)를 전제로 하여, 상기 프론트 인너 어퍼 필라 판넬(15)에 충격 완화공(15a)을 형성하여 프론트 필라 트림(12)이 충격을 받을 경우 양측부가 탄성적으로 벌어져 1차적으로 충격을 완화시키고, 상기 프론트 인너 어퍼 필라 판넬(15)과 레인포스 판넬(14)의 사이에 강성 유지를 위한 보강 부재(17)를 설치하여, 법규(FMVSS 201)의 만족으로 차량 충격시 탑승자의 상해를 최소화하도록 한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
