Abstract
본 발명은 미숙련 운전자나 반 클러치 상태로의 클러치 폐달 조작이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 클러치 조작장치로 이를 실현하기 위하여 클러치 페달의 답단에 의해 유압이 일방향으로 첵크 밸브부재를 설치한 관로를 통해 배출 및 리턴되게 하는 매스터 실린더의 유압 발생수단과, 상기 매스터 실린더에 의해 발생한 유압의 유동 경로를 제어하여 클러치를 단속하는 방향 전환밸브의 연통 제어수단과, 상기 방향 전환밸브의 제어에 의해 가압된 유압이 전달되어 클러치를 단속하는 릴리이스 실린더의 작동수단과, 상기 방향 전환밸브를 통해 릴리이스 실린더에 공급되는 유압이 반클러치상태로 제어되게 소정 유압으로 낮추어 공급할 수 있게 관로상에 설치한 감압밸브의 감압수단과, 상기 감압밸브에 의해 릴리스 실린더에 공급되는 유압의 역류를 방지하기 위하여 설치한 역류 방지부재를 포함하여 이루어지는 클러치 조작장치를 제공하는데 있다.The present invention provides a clutch operation device that enables the clutch closing operation in an inexperienced driver or a semi-clutch state to be easily discharged through a pipeline in which the hydraulic valve is installed in one direction by the clutch pedal.
