Abstract
본 발명은 차량에 사용되는 팬을 차량의 환경조건에 따라 자동으로 변속시킬 수 있는 차량용 핀제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의한 차량용 팬제어장치는 제어수단이 차속도감지부와, 냉각수온도감지부, 그리고, 에어컨상태감지부로부터 차의 속도, 냉각수의 온도, 에어컨의 상태를 감지한 후, 상기 차량의 상태에 적합한 차량용 팬(콘덴서팬, 라디에타팬)구동제어신호를 펄스폭변조부에 출력하고, 상기 펄스폭변조부로부터 이에 상응하는 일정펄스폭을 가진 펄스를 출력하여 스위칭소자인 FFT(Q1)를 제어함으로서 차량용 팬을 동시에 제어할 수 있어 회로를 단순화시키고, 전력손실과 소음을 줄일수 있으며, 고효율의 제어를 할 수 있다는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a vehicle fin control apparatus capable of automatically shifting a fan used in a vehicle according to environmental conditions of a vehicle. The vehicle fan control apparatus according to the present invention includes a vehicle speed sensing unit and a coolant temperature sensing unit. After detecting the speed of the car, the temperature of the coolant, and the condition of the air conditioner, the vehicle fan (condenser fan, radiator fan) driving control signal suitable for the state of the vehicle is output to the pulse width modulator. By controlling the FFT (Q1), which is a switching element, by outputting a pulse having a corresponding pulse width from the pulse width modulator, the fan can be controlled at the same time, thereby simplifying a circuit and reducing power loss and noise. Therefore, there is an excellent effect that high efficiency can be controlled.
