Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 하중상태나 도로조건 또는 주행조건에 따른 양측 서스펜션의 변위를 일정하게 유지함으로써 리어 브레이크의 로킹을 방지함과 동시에 제동이 원활하게 이루어지도록 하는 더블 리어 액슬 차량의 로드 센싱 밸브에 관한 것으로, 제1, 2 리어 액슬 하우징(10) (20)을 제1, 2작동로드(30)로 수평으로 힌지, 연결하고, 제1작동로드(30)의 일측 상방에 마운팅 브래킷(40)을 고정, 설치하며, 또한 마운팅 브래킷(40)에 댐퍼(50)를 고정, 설치하되, 댐퍼(50)의 전방측에 제2작동로드(60)를 연결하고, 아울러 제2작동로드(60)는 댐퍼(50)로부터 상방으로 직각, 절곡하여 그 상단에 조인트(70)를 연결하며, 조인트(70)에 작동레버(80)를 힌지, 연결하면서 작동레버(80)의 선단부 로드 센싱 밸브(90)를 연결한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 제1, 2 리어액슬 하우징; 제1리어 액슬 하우징 또는 제2리어 액슬 하우징에 설치된 제1작동로드; 제1작동로드의 선단 상부에 직각으로 연결된 제2작동로드; 제2작동로드에 조인트로 연결된 작동레버; 가동레버에 연결된 로드 센싱 밸브가 구비된 것에 있어서, 상기 제1작동로드가 제1, 2 리어 액슬 하우징에 연결되고, 제1작동로드상에 댐퍼가 설치됨과 동시에 제2작동로드의 하단에 연결되어 제1, 2 리어 액슬 하우징의 변위에 따라 전, 후 차륜의 제동 공압비가 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 리어 액슬 차량의 로드 센싱 밸브.
