Abstract

본 발명은 드로우어웨이식 절삭공구에 분리/부착되는 팁(TIP)에 관한 것으로, 특히 회전하는 절삭공구의 비틀림 절삭날에 독립적으로 분리/부착되는 사각형상의 드로우어웨이팁에 있어서, 상기 절삭공구의 비틀림 절삭날에 분리/부착되는 팁의 몸체를 비틀림 절삭날의 전체적인 비틀림 각도에 대하여 하나의 독립된 팁이 동일한 각도를 이룰수 있도록 절삭날을 리이드각에 입각한 비틀림 형태를 취하도록 하고, 이 팁과 공작물이 최초 접촉되는 주절삭날의 외주각에 편심된 라운드각을 형성하면서 공작물에 대해 일정한 각도를 유지하도록 한후, 절삭시 상기 비틀림 형태와 라운드각에 의해 힘의 배분력을 균일하게 배분하고 절삭저항을 줄여 떨림을 방지함으로써, 팁의 마모를 최소화하여 수명을 연장할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 회전하는 절삭공구의 비틀림 절삭날에 독립적으로 분리/부착되는 사각형상의 드로우어웨이팁에 있어서, 상기 절삭공구의 비틀림 절삭날에 분리/부착되는 팁의 몸체를 비틀림 절삭날의 전체적인 비틀림 각도에 대하여 하나의 독립된 팁이 동일한 각도를 이룰수 있도록 절삭날을 리이드각에 입각한 비틀림 형태를 취하도록 하고, 이 팁과 공작물이 최초 접촉되는 주절삭날의 외주각에 편심된 라운드각을 형성하면서 공작물에 대해 일정한 각도를 유지하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이식 절삭공구용 팁.
