Abstract
본 발명은 롤포밍을 이용한 홈통제조방법 및 그 방법을 이용한 홈통에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 칼라금속판(12)을 다수의 포밍롤(14)로 통과시켜서 칼라금속판(12)의 양측을 단계적으로 절곡하여 소정형상의 홈통(4)을 제조하는 홈통제조방법을 제공한다.
그리고, 본 발명의 다른 특징에 의하면, 칼라금속판(12)이 다수의 포밍롤(14)에 통과됨에 따라 양측이 단계적으로 절곡되어 구성된 홈통이 제공된다.

Claims (2)
- 칼라금속판(16)을 다수의 포밍롤(18)로 통과시켜서 칼라금속판(16)의 양측을 단계적으로 절곡하여 소정형상의 홈통(4)을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 홈통제조방법.
- 칼라금속판(16)이 다수의 포밍롤(18)에 통과됨에 따라 양측이 단계적으로 절곡되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 홈통.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
