Abstract

본 발명은 원심분리방식의 공기정화방법 및 집진장치에 관한 것으로, 연기를 나선 파이프형 분진 집진 보조장치의 일단부에 유입시키는 유입단계와 ; 분진 집진 보조장치의 내부에서 원심력의 차에 의해 공기, 그리고 공기와 분진의 혼합물로 분리하는 분리단계와 ; 분리된 공기, 그리고 공기와 먼지의 혼합물을 배출시키는 배출단계를 행하여 분진을 응집 배출하는 원심분리 집진방식 공기정화방법을 제공한다.
그리고, 연기를 유입시키는 유입부가 연기를 원심력의 차에 의해 분리시키는 나선부의 일단부에 구비되고, 연기가 공기, 그리고 공기와 먼지의 혼합물로 분리되어 배출되는 배출부가 나선부의 타단부에 구비되도록 나선 파아프형으로 형성되는 집진 보조장치를 제공한다.
이러한 본 발명은 연기가 원심분리 방식을 집진 보조장치를 통과하면서 공기, 그리고 공기와 분진의 혼합물로 원심 분리되어 공기는 집진기를 거치치 않고 다음 공정으로 바로 넘어 갈 수 있고, 공기와 분진의 혼합물은 집진기로 보내지나, 이 혼합물은 이미 상당히 응집되어 있는 상태이므로 공기와 분진으로 응집 분리되는 시간을 크게 단축시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명은 집진기의 사용량을 대폭 감소시킬 수 있으므로 매우 경제적인 이점이 있으며, 시공 및 설치가 간편하고 부지를 거의 차지하지 않아 기존의 처리장에서도 집진기에 연결하여 처리 용량을 대폭 증대시킬 수 있을 뿐아니라, 대기환경 개선에 크게 기여할 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 연기를 나선 파이프형 분진 집진 보조장치의 일단부에 유입시키는 유입단계와 ; 분진 집진 보조장치의 내부에서 원심력의 차에 의해 공기와 공기분진 혼합물로 분리하는 분리단계와 ; 분리된 공기와 공기분진 혼합물를 배출시키는 배출단계를 행하여 분진을 응집 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 집진방식 공기정화방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배출단계는 배출부에 분이판를 개재시켜 분리판의 상측으로 공기를 배출시키고, 분리판의 하측으로 공기분진 혼합물을 배출시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 집진방식 공기정화방법.
  3. 연기를 유입시키는 유입부(1)가 연기를 원심력의 차에 의해 분리시키는 나선부(2)의 일단부에 구비되고, 연기가 공기와 공기분진 혼합물로 분리되어 배출되는 배출부(3)가 나선부(2)의 타단부에 구비되도록 나선 파이프형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 집진 보조장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배출부(3)의 내부에는 분리판(4)이 형성되어, 공기와 공기분진 혼합물이 분리 배출되는 상, 하부통로(3a, 3b)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 집진 보조장치.
