약제 비용 상환 청구를 통하여 환자의 약물 소비를 조사하고, 예정된 조정전략에 따라 질환 치료를 조정하고, 여기서 그 조정은 각각의 환자의 약물 소비에 따라 달라지는 것으로 이루어지는 약물 치료를 받는 환자 집단에서의 질환 치료의 관리 방법.

Claims (18)

  1. a) 위험이 있는 환자의 준집단을 식별하기 위하여 환자 집단의 약제 비용의 상환 청구를 분석하고, b) 그 위험 환자의 준집단의 치료를 조정하는 것으로 이루어지는 특정 질환을 갖는 환자의 치료 관리 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 약제 비용 상환 청구가 약제 청구 데이터베이스로 부터의 청구 데이터를 분석함으로 조사되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 500명 이상의 환자 집단에서의 질환 치료를 관리하는 프로그램을 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 데이터베이스가 하나이상의 하기 조사 분야를 갖는 분리된 환자 기록을 포함하는 방법, a) 환자 식별자, b) 처방 약물, c) 약물 투여, d) 약물 량, e) 치료 기간, f) 최근의 처방 조제/재조제 데이터, g) 제공 식별자.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 데이터베이스가 데이터를 분석하고 사례 관리 조정 전략을 수행하기 위하여 예비프로그램화된 컴퓨터에 기능적으로 연결된 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 데이터베이스는 부적격한 환자의 기록을 제거하고, 예정된 기간내에 사례 관리 조정이 수행된 기록을 침묵시키도록 프로그램화된 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 사례 관리 조정은 사례 관리자에 의하여 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 사례 관리 조정은 예비프로그램화된 컴퓨터에 의하여 직접 수행되는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 사례 관리 조정은 사례 관리자가 의사에게 조언하거나, 또는 선택적으로 환자에게 직접 그러한 조언을 주장하도록 하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 사례 관리 조정은 사례 관리자가 환자에 대한 의사에게 조언하도록 하는 것(또는 그러한 조언을 직접 주장하는 것)을 포함하는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 조언은 처방된 치료법에 부응하도록 또는 의사에 의한 검사에 제출되도록 환자에게 주장되는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 조언은 처방된 치료법에 부응하도록 또는 의사에 의한 검사에 제출되도록 환자에게 주장되는 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 조언은 건강관리 제공자에게 주장되어, 처방된 치료법을 변경하거나 또는 의사의 검사에 제출되도록 하는 방법.

  15. 제1항에 있어서, 환자의 의료 비용 상환 데이터를 더 조사하고, 약제 청구 데이터와 함께 의료 청구 데이터를 결합시켜 질환 치료 조정을 결정하는 데 사용하는 방법.
  16. a) 환자의 치료법의 효과를 결정하기 위하여 약제 비용 상환에 대한 청구를 통하여 환자의 약물 이용 경향을 조사하고 b) 예정된 조정 전략에 따라 질환 조정하고, 이때, 그 조정은 환자의 약물 이용 경향에 따른 것으로 이루어지는, 약물 치료법을 수행중인 환자에 있어서의 질환 치료 관리 방법.
  17. a) 약제 상환 청구를 나타내는 분리된 환자 기록을 갖는 약제 청구 데이터베이스, b) 조정 조절 요인의 존재에 대한 데이터를 분석하고, 해당 조정을 식별하기 위한 수단, c) 조정을 수행하는 수단으로 이루어지는 특정의 질환 상태에 대한 약물 치료를 수행중인 환자에 있어서 질환 치료 관리용 컴퓨터 기재 시스템.
  18. a) 약제 청구 데이터 및 관련 환자 데이터를 모으고, b) 예비프로그램화된 알고리듬에 따라, 예정된 질환 상태에 따른 상기 청구를 체계화하고, c) 예비프로그램화된 알고리듬을 사용하여 상기 데이터로부터 예정된 질환 상태용 환자 데이터를 선택하고, d) 선택된 환자 데이터로부터 선택된 환자 치료의 조정에 대해 앞서 존재하는 정보를 포함하는 2차 데이터베이스를 산출하고, 여기서 2차 데이터베이스는 상기 환자의 치료를 조정하기 위한, 선택적으로 환자의 건강관리 제공자에게 미리 사용될 수 있는, 물리적 또는 전기적 정보를 산출하는, 하나이상의 컴퓨터와 하나 이상의 알고리듬을 포함하며, 식별된 환자 집단에서의 질환 치료 관리에 있어서 의사 또는 건강관리 제공자에게 유용한 결과를 산출할 수 있는 컴퓨터 장치.
