본 발명은 불교행사시에 사용되는 연등을 제작하는데 사용되는 연등용 연꽃잎을 무인 자동화 라인으로 제조하기 위한 연등용 연꽃잎의 자동 제조 장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 연등용연꽃잎을 제조하는데 사용되는 소재인 합성수지사로 제직된 직물지롤을 다수개 동시에 걸어서 제작라인으로 공급하도록 한 소재거치수단(A)과, 상기 소재거치수단에 거치된 소재를 중첩하여 연꽃잎을 성형하기에 알맞은 크기로 풀어서 연꽃잎성형용금형으로 공급하는 소재공급수단(B)과, 상기 소재공급수단에서 공급되는 다수겹의 소재를 동시에 연꽃잎으로 성형하는 연꽃잎성형수단(C)과, 상기 연꽃잎성형수단에서 다수겹의 연꽃잎이 동시에 성형된 것을 연꽃잎이 성형된 부분만을 따내는 연꽃잎발췌수단(D)과, 상기 연꽃잎발췌수단에서 연꽃잎이 발췌되고난 나머지 잔여소재를 인출하는 인출수단(E)으로 이루어져서, 연꽃잎을 먼저 성형하여 따내는 방법에 의하여 무인 자동으로 대량생산 할 수 있는 제조장치와 제조방법을 개발함으로써, 단 시일내에 대량의 연꽃잎을 제조하도록 함으로서 일시에 폭증하는 수요에 알맞게 공급하도록 함은 물론, 생산성 향상과 인건비 절감으로 보다 값싼 연등용 연꽃잎을 제조 공급하여 연등의 제조원가를 줄여 불교신도들의 금전적인 부담을 들어주는 것이다.The present invention relates to an automatic manufacturing apparatus and a method for manufacturing a lotus lotus leaf for producing a lotus lotus leaf used for making Buddhist lanterns in an unmanned automated line, and to a method for producing a lotus lotus leaf.
