Abstract

본 발명은 유기농법을 이용하여 특유의 맛과 향을 갖는 돌 미나리를 재배할 수 있도록 하는 돌 미나리의 재배법에 관한 것이다. 모래가 풍부한 땅에 퇴비를 300평당 10톤을 주어 로타리 작업으로 충분히 혼합하는 과정과, 돌 미나리의 줄기를 뿌리고 20일을 바닥에 물이 마르지 않도록 한 후 바닥에 습기가 촉촉하도록 하여 1개월전에 자란 돌미나리를 베어내는 과정과, 비닐하우스의 온도가 섭씨 5도 내지 섭씨 15도가 유지되도록 통풍시키며 20%의 습기를 유지시켜 1개월 정도 지나 15㎝자란후 채취하는 과정에 의해 돌 미나리를 재배하도록 하여 영리를 목적으로 특유의 맛과 향을 가지는 돌 미나리를 효과적으로 재배하도록 하며 채취가 편리하도록 하는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 모래가 풍부한 땅에 퇴비를 300평당 10톤을 주어 로타리 작업을 충분히 혼합하는 과정과, 돌 미나리의 줄기를 뿌리고 20일을 바닥에 물이 마르지 않도록 한후 바닦에 습기가 촉촉하도록 하여 1개월전에 자란 돌미나리를 베어내는 과정과, 비닐하우스의 온도가 섭씨 5도 내지 섭씨15도가 유지되도록 통풍시키며 20%의 습기를 유지시켜 1개월 정도 지나 15㎝자란후 채취하는 과정에 의해 돌미나리를 재배함을 특징으로 하는 돌미나리의 제조방법.
