Abstract

본 발명은 물질을 운반하는 운반 파이프가 막히지 않도록 미립형의 분말 물질과 압축된 운반 에어의 혼합비를 일정하게 유지하기 위한 소형의 분말 물질 에어 운반장치를 제공한다. 이것은 직립의 연장된 혼합 튜브(2)를 제공함으로써 가능하고, 상기 혼합 튜브는 스크류형 이송날개를 갖춘 분말 물질 공급 튜브가 소통하도록 혼합 튜브(2) 안으로 개방하여 필터를 통해서 압축 에어를 유출시킨다. 분말 물질을 수용하기 위한 호퍼(12)는 튜브와 소통하도록 공브 튜브(8) 위쪽에 장착되고, 체크밸브 리드(16)는 혼합 튜브(2) 안으로 개방하는 공급 튜브(8)의 단부 상에 장착된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 분말 물질을 운반하는 에어 운반장치에 있어서, 필터(3)를 통해 압축된 운반 에어를 기초부로부터 유출시키는 운반 파이프(1)와 소통하는 상단부를 갖춘 직립의 연장된 혼합 튜브(2)와, 한 단부가 그것의 측면을 통해서 상기 직립의 연장된 혼합 튜브(2) 안으로 개방하는 분말 물질 공급 튜브(8)와, 상기 공급 튜브(8) 내에 위치된 회전가능한 스크류형 이송날개(10)와, 상기 공급 튜브(8)와 소통하도록 하기 위해 상기 공급 튜브(8) 위쪽에 위치된 분말 물질을 수용하기 위한 호퍼(12)와, 상기 직립의 연장된 혼합 튜브(2) 안으로 개방하는 공급 튜브(8)의 단부 상에 장착된 체크 밸브 리드(16)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말 물질은 미립형인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말 물질은 습기가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말 물질 공급 튜브(8)는 상기 직립의 연장된 혼합 튜브(2) 안으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
