Claims (14)

  1. 생체보호 전자기장을 형성하는 장치에 있어서; 전자기장을 발생하는 전기코일, 및 전력이 인가될 때 10초 이내의 시간격내에 전기적 전원의 적어도 하나의 기본 특성을 변조하는 전기변조장치를 포함하여 이루어지고; 상기 기본 특성은 진폭, 주기, 위상, 파형 및 극성을 포함하고, 상기 변조장치의 출력은 상기 코일을 구동하여, 상기 코일이 생체보호 전자기장을 발생하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체보호 전자기장 형성장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시간격은 임의의 간격이고, 이 중 최대의 간격은 10초 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 생체보호 전자기장 형성장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시간격은 0.1 내지 1초인 것을 특징으로 하는 생체보호 전자기장 형성장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변조장치는 상기 전기적 전원의 진폭을 변조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체보호 전자기장 형성장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변조장치는 상기 전기적 전원의 주기를 변조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체보호 전자기장 형성장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변조장치는 상기 전기적 전원의 파형을 변조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체보호 전자기장 형성장치.
  7. 무선주파수신호를 전송하는 개인용 통신장치(PCD)를 둘러싸는 생체보호 전자기장을 형성하는 장치에 있어서; 상기 장치에 인접하여 위치되거나 일체로 형성되어 전자기장을 발생하는 전기코일, 상기 코일을 통해 전도될 신호를 방생하는 소스, 및 10 초 이내의 시간격내에 상기 신호의 적어도 하나의 기본 특성을 변조하는 전기변조장치를 포함하여 이루어지고; 상기 기본 특성은 진폭, 주기, 위상, 파형 및 극성을 포함하고, 상기 변조된 출력은 상기 코일을 구동하여, 상기 코일이 생체보호 전자기장을 발생하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체보호 전자기장 형성장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 시간격은 임의의 간격이고, 이 중 최대의 간격은 10초 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 생체보호 전자기장 형성장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 시간격은 0.1 내지 1초인 것을 특징으로 하는 생체보호 전자기장 형성장치.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 코일을 통해 전도된 상기 신호는 노이즈신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 생체보호 전자기장 형성장치.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 코일은 전송부들이 수용되는 무선전환기의 손잡이 송수화기 구성부를 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체보호 전자기장 형성장치.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 코일은 대략 손잡이 구성부의 송수화기측의 가장자리부의 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체보호 전자기장 형성장치.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 코일은 대략 상기 손잡이 구성부의 상기 송수화기측의 반대편의 상기 구성부측의 가장자리부에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체보호 전자기장 형성장치.
  14. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 코일 및 신호소스는 상기 개인용 통신장치(PCD)의 배터리상자에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체보호 전자기장 형성장치.
