Abstract
본 발명은 레이저 비임(6)의 펄스 방출 장치를 제공하며 이 장치는 다음을 포함한다: ㆍ레이저 로드(1); ㆍ복사광을 전달시키기 위해 레이저 로드(1)의 펄스 활성화를 위한 활성화 수단(2,3); ㆍ로드(1)의 양측부에 위치되며 레이저 복사광이 방출될 수 있게 하는 공명기(4,5); ㆍ방출된 레이저 복사광의 파장 선택 수단.
본 발명에 따르면 선택수단(4,5)은 1.34㎛파장의 복사광 방출을 하도록 설계되어서 부드러운 조직 및 단단한 조직상에 열적 효과를 보장한다.

제1도는 본 발명 레이저 장치의 구체예의 개략도이다.
Claims (10)
- -레이저 로드(1); -레이저 로드(1)의 펄스 활성화가 복사광을 전달시키게 하는 활성화 수단(2,3); -로드(1)의 양측부에 위치되며 레이저 복사공이 방출될 수 있게 하는 공명기(4,5); -방출된 레이저 복사광의 파장을 선택하는 선택수단을 포함하는 레이저 비임의 펄스 방출을 제공하는 장치에 있어서, 레이저 로드(1)가 YAP로 알려져 이티륨 알룸미늄 페로브스카이트나 YALO 또는 YALO3로 알려진 이티륨 알루미늄 란탄네이트의 네오디뮴 도핑된 결정이며 부드러운 조직 및 단단한 조직상에 열적효과를 주기위해서 1.34㎛ 파장의 복사광을 방출하도록 선택수단(4,5)이 설계됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 파장 선택 수단이 공명기를 구성하며 1.34㎛ 파장의 복사광을 방출을 하며 1.07㎛ 파장의 복사광 방출이 방지되도록 최적화된 반사게수를 가지는 두개의 거울(4,5)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하나의 거울(4)은 1.34㎛ 파장에서 최대 반사를 하며 다른 거울(5)은 1.34㎛ 파장에서 부분적으로 반사하며 1.07㎛ 파장에서 반사가 방지됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 활성화 수단(2,3)이 350nm보다 짝은 파장의 복사광을 여과하는 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 복사광 여과수단이 활성화 수단의 램프(2)의 막에 의해 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 복사광 여과수단이 활성화 수단의 반사막(3)에 의해 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 복사광 여과수단이 램프(2)와 로드(1) 사이에 삽입된 필터에 의해 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 부드러운 조직 및 단단한 조직상에 열적 효과를 줄 목적으로 로드가 이티륨 알루미늄 페로브스카이트의 네오디뮴 도핑된 결정이며 1.34㎛ 파장의 레이저 비임의 펄스 방출을 하는 의료용 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부드러운 조직 전달 및 단단한 조직 제거를 함을 특징으로 하는 의료용 장치.
