접착제 없는 대퇴 엉덩이 경 보철(10)에는 말단과 반대쪽 전단면(14,18)을 가지는 장방향 경(12)을 포함한다. 전단부(18)에는 전단에서 종료되는 원추형 경표면(20)을 포함한다, 원추형 아래 면을 가지는 칼라(30)는 경(12)의 전단으로부터 측면 외향으로 이어진다, 전단 원추형 경부(20)와 칼라(30)의 원추형 아래면(32)은 집합적으로 일체형 이중-원뿔 접촉면을 한정하여 칼라가 외부 피질 뼈와 함몰 연결되게 하고 또한 전단 원추형 경(20)은 내측 대퇴관과 함몰 연결되게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (21)

  1. 제1뼈의 비어있는 내측부분내로 삽입할 수 있는 보철 요소에 있어서, 보철의 구성은 말단부와 원주 전단을 포함하는 반대쪽 전단 부를 가지는 장축 경, 이때 전단부는 말단에서 전단 방향으로 외향으로 갈라지고 이는 원주 전단부에서 종료되는 적어도 하나의 갈라진 경 표면을 포함하고 제1뼈의 비어있는 내측 측벽과 함몰 연결될 수 있도록 하는 수단을 포함하고; 제1과 제2마주하는 측면을 가지는 지지 플레이트, 이때 제1측면은 말단의 전이부로부터 차단 방향으로 외향으로 갈라지는 적어도 하나의 갈라지는 플레이트를 포함하고 제1뼈의 하중 보유 부에 대해 함몰 정착을 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 갈라진 플레이트 부는 180도 이하의 각을 형성하기 위해 갈라진 경부보다는 더 큰 정도로 갈라지고 갈라진 경부 상기 전이부와 갈라진 플레이트부는 일체형 이중 갈라진 부분을 형성하고 이때, 갈라진 경부는 제1뼈의 비어있는 내측의 측면에 대해 함몰 연결되고 이와 함께 갈라진 플레이트 부는 제1뼈의 하중 보유부에 대해 함몰 연결되어 제1뼈의 비어있는 부분내로 보철 요소들이 안정된 위치로 정착하게 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 원주 전이부는 코너와 포인트가 없어 제1뼈의 비어있는 부내로 보철 요소의 정착 작용을 강화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 실제 경 수단의 전체적인 전단부는 갈라진 경부로 구성되고 이때 지지 플레이트 수단의 전체 제1면은 갈라진 플레이트 부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 갈라진 경부는 실제 원추형 경부를 한정하고 갈라진 플레이트 면은 실제 원추형 플레이트면을 한정하여 일체형 이중 갈라진 접촉면은 일체형-이중 원뿔 접촉면으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 갈라진 플레이트 면은 경 수단의 종축에 대해 90도 이상의 각을 이루어 제1뼈의 하중 보유 면에 대해 갈라진 플레이트 부의 정착 작용을 보강시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  7. 제1뼈와 제2뼈 사이에 물리적인 압력을 전달하기 위해 제1뼈내로 삽입할 수 있는 보철에 있어서, 제1뼈는 하중 보유부, 비어있는 내부를 가지며, 보철 요소는 전단부와 말단부의 양단을 가지는 장방향 경수단, 이때 말단은 제1뼈의 비어있는 내부로 삽입할 수 있도록 모양을 이루고 있고 전단은 원주 전단 모서리와 말단에서 전단 방향으로 외향으로 갈라지고 원주 전단 모서리에서 종료되는 적어도 하나의 갈라진 경부를 포함하고 제1뼈의 비어있는 내부의 측벽과 함몰 연결을 위한 수단을 포함하고; 그리고 지지 플레이트 수단은 경 수단의 원주 전단 모서리에 부착된 적어도 일부는 비-평면인 제1측벽과 반대쪽 제2면을 포함하고, 제1측면은 원주 전단 모서리와 원주 전이부를 형성하고 이로부터 외향으로 이어져 제1측면은 말단의 전이부로부터 전단 방향으로 외측으로 갈라지는 적어도 하나의 플레이트 부를 한정하고 이는 제1뼈의 하중 보유 부에 대해 함몰 연결을 위한 모양이 되며, 따라서 그 내부에서 압착력을 전달할 수 있게 되고, 제2측면은 제2뼈와 연결할 수 있는 수단을 지지하며 제1뼈와 제2뼈 사이에 하중 전달을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 갈라진 플레이트 부는 180도 이하의 각을 형성하기 위해 갈라진 경부보다는 더 큰 정도로 갈라지고 갈라진 경부 상기 전이부와 갈라진 플레이트 부는 일체형 이중 갈라진 부분을 형성하고 이때, 갈라진 경부는 제1뼈의 비어있는 내측의 측면에 대해 함몰 연결되고 이와 함께 갈라진 플레이트 부는 제1뼈의 하중 보유뷰에 대해 함몰 연결되어 제1뼈의 비어있는 부분내로 보철 요소들이 안정된 위치로 정착하게 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 원주 전이부는 코너와 포인트가 없어 제1뼈의 비어있는 부내로 보철 요소의 정착 작용을 강화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 실제 경 수단의 전체적인 전단부는 갈라진 경부로 구성되고 이때 지지 플레이트 수단의 전체 제1면은 갈라진 플레이트 부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 갈라진 경부는 실제 원추형 경 부를 한정하고 갈라진 플레이트 면은 실제 원추형 플레이트 면을 한정하여 일체형 이중 갈라진 접촉면은 일체형-이중 원뿔 접촉면으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 갈라진 플레이트 면은 경 수단의 종축에 대해 90도 이상의 각을 이루어 제1뼈의 하중 보유 면에 대해 갈라진 플레이트 부의 정착 작용을 보강시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 지지 플레이트 부는 중앙, 측면, 전면과 후면으로 구성되고 이때 중앙, 측면, 전면과 후면이 집합적으로 갈라진 플레이트 부를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  14. 제7항에 있어서, 경 수단은 말단에서 전단 방향으로 외향으로 갈라지는 반대쪽 전면과 후면을 포함하고 이는 집합적으로 적어도 하나의 갈라진 경부를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  15. 제7항에 있어서, 경 수단에는 중앙, 측면, 후면과 전면을 포함하고 이때 보철은 경 수단의 중앙면에 배치된 중앙 삼각 돌기부, 이는 돌기부로부터 중앙 방향으로 외향 돌출되어 제1뼈와 접촉하는 표면을 증가시키고 따라서 제1뼈에 대해 보철의 증가된 회전 안정성을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 중앙 삼각 돌기부는 중앙의 단부로부터 측면 방향으로 외향으로 갈라지는 반대면이 서로 맞물리는 둥글게된 중앙 단부를 포함하고 경 수단의 종축에 수직인 평면에서 취한 중앙 돌기부의 단면은 둥근 팁을 가지는 원추형부를 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  17. 제7항에 있어서, 경 수단과 지지 플레이트 수단은 집합적으로 대퇴에 삽입하기 위한 엉덩이 보철의 대퇴 구성 요소로 이루어지고 따라서 엉덩이 관절의 비구와 대퇴사이에 하중 전달을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  18. 제7항에 있어서, 갈라진 플레이트 부는 경 수단의 종축에 대해 상대적으로 기울러진 면에 대해 약 25내지 35도 각 범위 내에서 각을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  19. 환자에서 관절을 대체하는 방법에 있어서 (a) 갈라진 전단 부분과 이와 같은 갈라진 전단부분으로부터 원주외향으로 이어지는 갈라진 플레이트를 포함하는 보철 구성요소를 선택하여 갈라진 전단과 플레이트가 일체형의 이중으로 갈라진 접촉면을 함께 형성하고 관절운동 면은 플레이트 부분에서 외향으로 이어지고; (b) 보철 구성 요소를 제1뼈의 골수 공동내로 삽입하여 갈라진 전단부는 골수 공동의 측벽과 함몰 연결되고 갈라진 플레이트는 제1뼈의 하중 보유 부분과 함몰 연결되어 이중 갈라진 접촉면은 골수 공동의 일부와 하중 보유 부분이 안정된 위치로 접촉하도록 보철 요소가 정착하게 하고; (c) 관절 이동면을 제2뼈 부분내로 삽입시키고 따라서 제1뼈와 제2뼈 사이에 하중 전달을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, (d) 제1뼈의 하중 보유 면을 준비하고 이와 접촉하도록 갈라진 플레이트 면을 위치시키고 하중 보유 면과 갈라진 면의 접촉부는 골수 공동의 종축에 대해 90도보다 큰 각을 형성하고 따라서 하중 보유 면에 대해 갈라진 플레이트 면의 정착작용을 보강하게하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, (b)단계에 대퇴관내로 보철 성분을 삽입하는 것을 추가로 포함하고 (c)단계에서 상응하는 비구내로 관절 운동 면을 삽입하는 단계가 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보철.
