Abstract
본 발명은 바퀴벌레의 방제 재료 및 방법에 관계한다. 바퀴벌레들은 보통 가정에 서식하는 해충이고 병원, 식품 산업 및 농업분야에서 문제를 야기한다. 본 발명에 따라, 바실루스 츄린겐시스 변종 이스라엘렌시스 (B.t.i.)의 활성화된 독소들은 바퀴벌레의 방제에 이용된다. 하나의 실시양태에 있어서, 본 발명은 바퀴벌레를 방제하기 위한 비.티.PS123D1의 이용에도 관계한다. 본 발명은 PS123D1로 부터 수득된 끝이 절단된 형태의 바퀴벌레에 대해 활성을 갖는 해충 방제용 독소에도 관계한다.

Claims (13)
- 직시류 곤충을 유효량의 활성화된 약33kD미만의 바실루스 츄린겐시즈 변종 이스라엘렌시스독소 (Bacillus thuringiensis var. israelensis toxin)와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 직시류의 방제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 직시류를 약 30kD미만의 바실루스 츄린겐시즈 변종 이스라엘렌시스 독소와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하고, 여기서 상기 독소가 자연적으로 발현될 때 전체 길이의 독소에 비해 끝이 절단된 형태인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 독소가 NRRL B-21011의 특징을 갖고 바퀴벌레스 분리주 PS123D1로 부터 유래되거나; 또는 바퀴벌레에 대해 활성을 갖는 상기 분리주의 돌연변이체로부터 유래된 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 바퀴벌레가 독일 바퀴벌레 (Blatella germanica), 동양 바퀴벌레(Blatta orientalis), 미국 바퀴벌레(Periplaneta americama) 및 브라운 바퀴벌레 (Periplaneta americana) 로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바퀴벌레가 독일 바퀴벌레(Blatella germanica)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 상기 배양균 내에 자연적으로 존재하거나 또는 생산된 화합물의 작용에 의해 상기 독소의 활성화를 촉진하는 조건하에서 상기 바실루스 츄린겐시즈 변종 이스라엘렌시스를 성장시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 활성화가 상기 바실루스 츄린겐시즈 변종 이스라엘렌시스독소의 끝부분 절단에 의해 실행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기방법이 상기 독소에 대한 직접적인 작용을 통해서 또는 제2의 화합물의 작용을 촉진함으로써 상기 독소의 활성화를 촉진화에 관여하는 화합물을 바실루스 츄린겐시즈 변종 이스라엘렌시스 배양균 또는 그의 상청액에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 첨가된 화합물이 단백질 분해효소인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 첨가된 화합물이 바실루스 츄린겐시스 변종 이스라엘렌시스 배양균 또는 그의 상청액의 pH를 상승시키는 방법.
- 다음 단계들을 포함하는 바퀴벌레 방제방법: ⑴ 바실루스 츄린겐시스 변종 이스라엘렌시스 분리주 ; 또는 상기 분리주의 포자, 결정 또는 독소들을 포함하는 미끼를 제조하는 단계; 및 ⑵ 상기 미끼를 바퀴벌레들이 찾는 지역에 놓는 단계.
- 바퀴벌레에 대해 사용하기 위해 특별히 개조된 제형과 함께 바실루스 츄린겐시스 분리주 PS123D1; 또는 바퀴벌레에 대해 활성을 갖는 이러한 분리주의 돌연변이체; 또는 이들 분리주로부터의 포자, 결정, 또는 독소들을 포함하는 물질의 조성물.
- NRRS B-21011의 특징을 갖고 바퀴벌레에 대하여 활성을 갖는 바실루스 츄린겐시스 분리주 PS123D1; 또는 바퀴벌레에 대해 활성을 갖는 상기 분리주의 돌연변이체의 배양균내에서 생산된 바퀴벌레에 대해 활성을 갖는 정제 독소.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
