Abstract

본 발명은 고속의 MPEG 복호화장치를 위한 DC복호화기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 부호화된 비트열을 입력받아 가변장복호화하여 계수성분과 헤더성분을 분리하는 가변장복호화부와, 가변장복호화부를 통해 분리된 헤더성분을 입력받아 계수성분의 복호화에 필요한 각종 파라메터들을 발생하는 헤더해석부와, 가변장복호화부로부터 분리된 계수성분을 입력받아 복수개의 경로로 데이타를 분리하는 데이타분배부, 복수개의 경로로 분리된 데이타를 각각 입력받아 복호화하는 복수개의 복호화부, 및 복수개 경로로 분리된 계수성분중 DC계수를 검출하여 복호화하는 DC 복호화부를 포함한다. 이와 같은 본 발명은 인트라 매크로블럭의 DC계수를 그외의 계수들에 의해 별도의 경로로 복호화하므로써 실시간으로 DC계수를 복원해낼 수 있다. 따라서 MP@HL의 비트열을 고속으로 처리할 수 있는 MPEG 복호화장치를 제공하는 효과를 가져온다.

고속의 MPEG 복호화장치를 위한 DC복호화기
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 MPEG 복호화장치를 나타낸 블럭구성도, 제2도는 부호화된 계수의 복호화동작을 설명하기 위한 타이밍도, 제3도는 DC계수의 복호화동작을 설명하기 위한 타이밍도.

Claims (4)

  1. 부호화된 비트열을 입력받아 복수개의 경로를 통해 복호화하기 위한 MPEG 복호화장치에 있어서, 상기 부호화된 비트열을 입력받아 가변장복호화하여 계수성분과 헤더성분을 분리하는 가변장복호화부; 상기 가변장복호화부를 통해 분리된 헤더성분을 입력받아 상기 계수성분의 복호화에 필요한 각종 파라메터들을 발생하는 헤더해석부; 상기 가변장복호화부로부터 분리된 계수성분을 입력받아 복수개의 경로로 데이타를 분리하는 데이타분배부; 상기 복수개의 경로로 분리된 데이타를 각각 입력받아 복호화하는 복수개의 복호화부; 및 상기 복수개 경로로 분리된 계수성분중 DC계수를 검출하여 복호화하는 DC 복호화부를 포함하는 MPEG 복호화장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복호화부는 제1경로로 분리된 소정의 휘도신호블럭들과 색차신호블럭들을 복호화하는 제1복호화부; 및 제2경로로 분리된 소정의 휘도신호블럭들과 색차신호블럭들을 복호화하는 제2복호화부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 MPEG 복호화장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 DC 복호화부는 상기 복호화부들에서 상기 계수성분을 복호화하는 시점과 동일한 시점에서 상기 제1경로의 DC계수를 복호화하며, 제1경로의 DC계수들의 복호화가 완료된 후 상기 제2경로의 DC계수를 복호화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 MPEG 복호화장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤더해석부는 상기 헤더정보를 입력받아 저장하는 헤더FIFO메모리; 상기 헤더 FIFO메모리로부터 읽어낸 헤더정보를 복호화하는 헤더복호화부; 및 상기 헤더FIFO메모리로부터 양자화행렬에 관련된 정보를 읽어내 양자화행렬을 복호화하는 양자화행렬 복호화부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 MPEG 복호화장치.
