Abstract
본 발명은 액정 표시 소자의 스페이서 산포방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는, 전기장을 이용하여 상하판 부착시 스페이서를 산포함으로써 고화질을 실현할 수 있는 액정 표시 소자의 스페이서 산포 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 하부 기판상에 박막의트랜지스터와 화소 전극이 형성되고, 하부 기판과 접착될 상부 기판에는 컬러필터가 형성된다. 이후, 하부기판상에 상부 기판과의 부착시, 일정 거리를 유지하기 위하여, 음으로 대전된 스페이서를 하부 기판에 산포한 다음, X-레이 빔 조사에 의해 스페이서에 대전된 음이온이 제거하는 액정 표시 소자의 스페이서 산포 방법에 있어서, 하부 기판에 스페이서가 산포되기를 원하는 부위에만 양전압을 인가하고, 그외의 부위엔 그라운드화하여 스페이서를 산포한다.The present invention relates to a method of scattering a spacer of a liquid crystal display element, and more particularly, to a spacer scattering method of a liquid crystal display element which can realize high image quality by dispersing spacers when an upper and lower plate are attached using an electric field.
