Abstract

본 발명은 전자레인지의 온도제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 종래의 설정 온도에 따라 히터를 구동시키는 방법은 온도편차가 크고, 온도별로 특정 시간 히터를 온/오프시키는 방법은 어느 한 셋트만을 장시간 시험을 하여 시험 데이터를 구하고, 이를 기준으로 온도제어를 하는 것이기 때문에 셋트간 호환이 안되는 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명은 상기 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 설정온도와 현재온도의 차가 N도 이상인가를 판단하여 N도 이상이면 히터를 풀타임으로 온시키는 제1단계와; 상기 설정온도와 현재온도의 차가 N도 이하이면 설정온도와 현재 온도가 같은 적이 있는가를 판단하여 같은적이 없으면 주기적으로 히터를 온/오프시키는 제2단계와; 상기 제2단계에서 판단결과 같은적이 있으면 설정온도가 현재온도보다 높은가를 판단하여 설정온도가 낮으면 히터를 오프시키는 제3단계와; 상기 제2단계의 판단결과 설정온도가 현재온도보다 높고, 현재온도가 하강중이면 히터를 주기적으로 온/오프시키고, 상승중이면 히터를 오프시키는 제4단계로 이루어진 전자레인지의 온도 제어방법을 창안한 것으로, 이와같이 잠열로 인한 과도한 온도상승부분을 감안하여 설정온도와 차이가 소정온도차가 되면 이를 기준으로 히터의 온/오프를 제어하도록 함으로써 온도편차가 적고, 정확한 온도제어를 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 설정온도와 현재온도의 차가 N도 이상인가를 판단하여 N도 이상이면 히터를 풀타임으로 온시키는 제1단계와; 상기 설정온도와 현재온도의 차가 N도 이하이면 설정온도와 현재온도가 같은 적이 있는가를 판단하여 같은적이 없으면 주기적으로 히터를 온/오프시키는 제2단계와; 상기 제2단계에서 판단결과 같은적이 있으면 설정온도가 현재온도보다 높은가를 판단하여 설정온도가 낮으면 히터를오프시키는 제3단계와; 상기 제2단계의 판단결과 설정온도가 현재온도보다 높고, 현재온도가 하강중이면 히터를 주기적으로 온/오프시키고, 상승중이면 히터를 오프시키는 제4단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지의 온도제어 방법.
