Abstract
본 발명은 리니어 압축기의 실린더 충격흡수장치에 관한 것으로, 종래 리니어 압축기의 축방향 밸브장치에서의 이동부위인 토출밸브 및 스토퍼는 그 무게를 가볍게 하도록 설계되고는 있으나, 압축기 구동시의 압력차를 지탱하기 위하여 고강도의 재질로 형성하기 때무에 압축기의 작동중에 실린더와의 충돌로 인해 실린더의 실링면에 상당한 손상을 주는 문제가 있다. 이에 본 발명은 실린더(21)의 선단부에 충격흡수용 링(40)을 설치하여 토출밸브(26)(27) 및 스토퍼(28)와의 충격에 실린더(21)의 선단면이 손상되는 것을 방지하도록 한 것이다. 또한, 실린더(21)의 선단부에 가이드부(21a)를 형성하여 토출밸브(26)(27) 및 스토퍼(28)의 조립이 용이하게 이루어져 조립생산성이 향상되도록 하였다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
