Abstract

본 발명 자동차의 엔진오일 교환시기 체크장치의 목적은 자동차의 각종 릴레이와 휴즈의 고장여부를 운전석에서 간단히 체크할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
본 발명의 구성은 각 릴레이의 구동스위치 접점과, 릴레이 코일과 릴레이 접점의 작동신호를 감지하는 배선들과, 각 휴즈의 일측 접점신호를 감지하는 배선들을 고장판단 제어장치에 연결하고, 아울러 그 고정판단 제어 장치에 다수의 휴즈 및 릴레이 고장 경고램프를 연결하여 상기 각 작동신호 감지 배선들을 통해 릴레이의 고장여부와 휴즈의 단선 여부를 판단하여 해당 상태를 각 경고램프를 통해 표시하도록 구성한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 엔진오일 팬내에서 엔진오일을 펌핑하여 일정량을 펌핑하는데에 걸리는 시간을 검출하는 점도 측정수단과; 그 점도측정수단의 구동을 제어함과 아울러 점도 측정수단에서 일정량을 펌핑하는데에 걸린 1주기 시간과 미리 정해둔 엔진오일의 점도에 대응된 상한치 및 하한치를 비교하여 그 정해진 범위를 벗어난 경우에 엔진오일 교환시기를 알리기 위한 제어신호를 발생하는 제어수단과; 그 제어수단의 제어에 의거하여 계기판에서 엔진 오일의 교환시기를 경보표시하는 표시수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 엔진오일 교환시기 체크장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점도 측정수단은, 엔진오일 팬내에 설치되어 엔진오일을 흡입 토출하는 실린더 및 피스톤과; 그 실린더와 피스톤에 설치되어 엔진오일 펌핑 수단의 피스톤 정지위치, 펌핑 시작위치 및 펌핑 끝 위치를 감지하는 센서들과; 상기 엔진오일 펌핑수단의 피스톤을 왕복운동시켜 엔진오일의 일정량을 펌핑하게 하는 모터 및 그 동력 전달수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 엔진오일 교환시기 체크장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 센서들은, 상기 피스톤의 외주연부에 고정설치된 영구자석과, 상기 실린더에 각 위치에 설치되어 상기 피스톤의 영구자석이 근접됨을 검출하는 근접 센서들인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 엔진오일 교환시기 체크장치.
