극한점도가 0.45∼1.30인 에틸렌나프탈렌-2.6-디카르복실레이트를 주반복단위로 하는 폴리에스터계 고분자를 방사하는 공정, 상기 방사한 고분자를 예열봉을 이용하여 원사의 유리 정이 온도 이상 결정화 온도 이하에서 예열하는 공정, 상기 예열한 고분자를 2단 이상 연신하는 공정으로 제조되는 고강도 저수축 폴리에스터 섬유는 폴리에스터 섬유보다 형태 안정성이 우수하며, 기계적 물성을 우수하여 여러가지 산업용사로 쓰일 수 있으며 특히 타이어 코드용 원사로서는 최적의 소재로 사용할 수 있다.A process of spinning a polyester-based polymer having an ethylene naphthalene-2.6-dicarboxylate having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.45 to 1.30, and using the preheated rod of the spun polymer to at least the crystallization temperature The high-strength low-shrink polyester fibers produced by the pre-heating process and the stretching process of the preheated polymer in two or more stages have better form stability than the polyester fibers, and can be used in various industrial companies because of their excellent mechanical properties.
