Abstract
본 발명은 멜라민-우레아-포름알데히드 수지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 포름알데히드와 우레아의 축중합 반응시 특정 pH범위 및 알데히드기/아미노기의 몰비 범위내에서 멜라민으로 개질화시키는 3단계 중합공정에 의해 수지가 부분적으로 망상구조를 갖도록 하여 수지내 잔류 포름알데히드의 양을 감소시키고, 이 수지를 접착제로 하여 제조된 보드(board)는 포름알데히드 방출량이 현저히 감소됨은 물론이고 보드의 물리적 특성 특히 내수성이 크게 향상되는 효과를 가지고 있어 내수성 보드(board) 제조시 접착제로 유용한 멜라민-우레아-포름알데히드 수지의 새로은 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for preparing melamine-urea-formaldehyde resin, and more particularly, a three-step polymerization process for reforming with melamine within a specific pH range and a mole ratio of aldehyde group / amino group during condensation polymerization of formaldehyde and urea. The present invention relates to a novel process for producing melamine-urea-formaldehyde resins, which has the effect of greatly improving and is useful as an adhesive in the manufacture of water-resistant boards.
