Abstract

본 발명은 녹농균(Pseudmonas aeruginosa)의 감염을 예방 및 치료하기 위한 합성 펩티드 함유 백신 및 이것으로부터 생산된 치료제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 백신은 주면역-에피토프인 동시에 중화(neutralizing)에피토프로서 특정 펩티드를 함유한다. 본 발명에 따른 백샌은 독성이 없고 안전한 항체 생산능을 나타내며, 또한 다양한 녹농균에 대해 교차 반응 능력을 나타낸다.The present invention relates to a synthetic peptide-containing vaccine for preventing and treating infection with Pseudomonas aeruginosa and a therapeutic agent produced therefrom.
