본 발명은 오존을 이용한 수질살균 믹서장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 믹서통에 배설된 다수개의 챔버내에서 오존과 투입된 취수와 오존의 원활한 혼합을 유도함과 동시에 이들 챔버내에서 소정의 시간동안 살균, 정화된 음용수(소독수)가 순차적으로 균일하게 배출되도록 하여 살균능력을 대폭적으로 향상시킨 오존을 이용한 수질살균 믹서장치에 관한 것으로, 하부 일측에 유입구(29)를 형성하고, 내부에 다수개의 격벽(32)을 방사상으로 종설하여 하방에서 상기 유입구(29)와 연통하고 상면에 각각 의 토출구(36a)를 갖는 다수개의 챔버(33)를 형성함과 동시에 상기 토출구(36a)와 연통된 배출실(51)을 챔버(33)의 상방에 형성한 믹서통(20)과, 상기 토출구 (36a)를 챔버(33)내에 유입된 혼합물의 부력에 의해 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 부구(38)를 챔버(33)의 상부에서 소정의 높이로 승강 이동 가능하게 설치하고, 상기 믹서통(20)의 상면에 회전축(54)을 배출실(51)까지 연장한 기어드 모터(52)를 설치하고, 상기 회전축(54)에 연결된 회전암(56)을 매개로 회전하는 부구작동캠(58)에 의해 부력을 받는 상태에서의 부구(38)를 승강 이동시켜 각 챔버(33)의 인접한 토출구(36a)를 순차적으로 개방, 폐쇄하도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다The present invention relates to a water disinfection mixer device using ozone, and in particular, induces a smooth mixing of ozone and water withdrawal and ozone in a plurality of chambers disposed in the mixer, and sterilizes and purifies for a predetermined time in these chambers.
