Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 후드 개폐시에 사용되는 힌지 레버와 피벗블록에 관한 것으로서, 특히 힌지 레버와 피벗블록의 형상을 변경하여 조립구조를 간편하게 한 분리 가능한 차량용 후드의 힌지 레버의 구조에 관한 것이다. 대쉬 패널에 고정되는 피벗블록의 형상은 일면이 수직으로 개구되어 형성된 인입부와 이 인입부의 양측면에 힌지공이 천공되고, 이렇게 형성된 힌지공의 일측이 힌지 레버의 힌지블록이 삽입조립될 수 있도록 절결되게 구성하고, 상기 힌지공과 접촉되는 힌지레버 몸체의 일단면에 구면을 갖는 힌지블록을 형성한 분리 가능한 차량용 후드의 힌지 레버 조립구조에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 차량용 후드의 힌지 레버의 구조에 있어서, 피벗블록(10a)의 일면이 수직으로 개구되어 형성된 인입부(14)와 이 인입부(14)의 양측면에 힌지공(12)이 천공되어 있는 피벗블록에 있어, 상기의 힌지공(12)의 일측이 개방되도록 개구부(16)가 절결되어 있고, 이렇게 형성된 힌지공(12)과 접촉 조립되는 힌지 레버(30) 힌지블록(20a)의 단면이 구면(24)을 갖도록 구성한 분리 가능한 차량용 후드의 힌지 레버.
