Abstract

램프 하우징을 자체 패널을 통해 마운팅시 램프 하우징과 차체 패널과의 간격이 커짐에 따른 조립을 개선할 수 있도록 한 차량용 램프 하우징의 마운팅 구조에 관한 것으로, 램프 하우징의 보스에 인서트되는 볼트의 길이를 차체 패널의 마운팅부까지 연장되게 하고, 인서트 볼트의 단부에 콘형 와셔를 개재시키는 단턱을 형성하여 상기 인서트 볼트를 차체 패널에 체결수단으로 마운팅한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 램프 어셈블리(50)를 차체 패널(60)에 설치하기 위해 램프 하우징(54)에 인서트 볼트(10)를 갖춘 보스(12)를 일체로 형성함에 있어서, 상기 보스(12)를 짧게 하는 대신 인서트 볼트(10)의 길이를 차체 패널(60)의 마운팅까지 연장되게 하고, 상기 인서트 볼트(10)의 단부에 와tu(14)를 개재시키는 단턱(10a)을 형성하고, 상기 인서트 볼트(10)를 체결수단으로 차체 패널(60)에 체결한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 램프 하우징의 마운팅 구조.
