기존 오우 엣지식 브이벨트 제조시에 수반되는 제반 문제점을 일소할 수 있는 로우 엣지식 브이벨트 제조방법을 제공코져 하는 것임.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
통상의 로우 엣지식 브이벨트(1)를 제조함에 있어서, 브이벨트(1)의 심고무(5)에는 미세 불균일 고무가루로 이루어진 보강재를 혼합하고, 상기 심고무(5) 하단에 부착되는 하면 섬유포(6)에는 1, 2차에 걸친 고무접착제(6a)를 도포하여 브이벨트를 성형가류토록 하며, 브이벨트(1)를 성형가류후 커팅공정에 의해 수직면부(3)를 가진 브이벨트 반제품을 형성한 후, 그라인딩 공정에 의해 경사면부(2)를 형성토록한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 통상의 로우 엣지식 브이벨트(1)를 제조함에 있어서; 브이벨트(1)의 심고무(5)에는 미세 불균일 고무가루로 이루어진 보강재를 혼합하고, 상기 심고무(5) 하단에 부착되는 하면 섬유포(6)에는 1, 2차에 걸친 고무접착제(6a)를 도포하여 브이벨트를 성형가류토록 하며; 브이벨트(1)를 성형가류후 커팅공정에 의해 수직면부(3)를 가진 브이벨트 반제품을 형성한 후, 그라인딩 공정에 의해 경사면부(2)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우 엣지식 브이벨트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서; 상기 심고무(5)에 배합되는 보강재는 고무중량부 100에 대하여 고무접착액 1∼100에 고무가루가 1∼100을 혼합한 고무가루가 포함된 고무접착액을 중량부 1 내지 20을 첨가하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우 엣지식 브이벨트의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서; 상기 섬유포(6)에는 크로로프렌고무 20.0%, 폴리울레핀 10.0%, 톨루엔 70.0%의 배합비로 이루어진 고무접착제(6a)를 2차로 도포하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우 엣지식 브리벨트의 제조방법.
